Tour de Londres avec visite hop-on hop-off de Londres et croisière sur la Tamise

Got onto the Big Bus tour bus yesterday and the driver asked for the ticket which I clearly showed,went upstairs and sat about 2 seats from the front with my son. About 20 minutes through the journey I checked for my ticket after the driver announced that we were meant to switch to another bus and the ticket was nowhere to be found. It was definitely stolen. That's how my £78 trip came to a random end as the driver said I'd need the physical ticket to get onto the switch-over city bus. Still don't understand why we had to switch buses 15 minutes after getting on...Lol There's probably a syndicate to steal these tickets as they can be re-used or resold as they have no unique identifier. I'm sure if CCTV on that bus was to be checked, management would make a shocking discovery.

It has been a real disappointment. We took the 48h tour. The truth is that I have nothing good to say, other than it is very useful for visiting the entire center of London if you are not traveling for many days. Regarding my terrible opinion of the service, it is due to: - on the buses there are no guides to turn to. There is staff at the stops and they are very unpleasant. NONE of the workers SPEAK SPANISH, nor do they bother in the slightest to understand you or point anything out to you. - the buses are very dirty and often there is no room to sit, and they keep letting tourists on. - the last bus in theory ends at 6:15 PM. We took one in Notting Hill at 5:55 PM to return to our hotel area and it dropped us off at whatever stop it felt like (not the last one on the route) at 6:30 PM sharp, because at that time the driver stops working. So it left us in the middle of London, very far from the last stop on the route and from our hotel. Us and 50 other tourists, who were as shocked as we were. - there was no information of any kind in Spanish, only in English.

The 11/7 foot race that blocked the streets was not indicated at the time of booking. The bus took a different route without warning and many stops were not served. Same thing in the afternoon around Hyde Park with the end of the festival.

When you pay a premium fee you expect that the buses will arrive as outlined and the audio equipment will work . In both instances it was a big fail with 1. The buses being too full to take passengers on many stops so we walked most of the way around the circuit and 2. Over 50% of the seats on the bus the audio equipment didn’t work . This is a classic case of putting profit over people and that had a big impact on the bottom line over time . A great city, magnificent sites but the bus trip didn’t meet our expectations !

After 1 hour at a stop, they give no explanations. And the driver change another 15 min stopped, also without explanations. Wasted a lot of time and it is not as they say, and without air conditioning, an oven. Terrible service.

Very bad experience. We have been waiting more than 40 minutes for the bus and the driver was very rude and unpolite with us.

Excellent walking tours with Kevin! We did the royal tour and the Jack the Ripper tour, and we loved it! Funny and friendly, Kevin gave us the best views of the changing of the guard. We highly recommend him!

Unfortunately, the experience was not the best; the buses were very slow and poorly organized. Some people tell you one thing, while others tell you the exact opposite. We had the Thames cruise included, but there were no scheduled times indicated. Desperately searching online, I found that it was possible to do it by 8:30 PM, but instead, at 7:00 PM, when we arrived, a blonde girl sent us away rudely because it was no longer the right time... they need to indicate the times; otherwise, nothing makes sense!!

Genuinely worst experience ever, if I could give it 0 stars I would. The bus is extremely hot, you don’t have a guide just a pair of cheap earphones that explain absolutely nothing. Way too expensive for what it is I’d literally rather throw the money in the river. do not go on this tour you will regret spending your money.

Big Bus always gives a traveler a consistently good overview of whichever city you are in, and the London tour is great. We learned many interesting facts and got a nice overview of the city. The Tower of London was the highlight of the day. Booking tickets through Big Bus made it easy for us. The Thames cruise was having difficulty that day due to repairs, but we were told they would honor the cruise ticket (as long as it had not been scanned) on any other day that week. We took the cruise 2 days later and it too was a delight.
