Very interesting and enjoyable. A few selfish people almost spoiled it but the staff were brilliant and friendly.

It is an access to the inner part of the TOWER BRIDGE (that famous blue bridge of London) where we climb by staircase or elevator to the top of the bridge and pass through a sidewalk with parts of the glass floor, and can see the cars passing below
Tour was self guided and easy. Nice to just join the line with a pre purchased ticket. Be prepared for stairs.
It was a fascinating experience with the view of the past centuries, as to how hard time’s were in those days.
Confusing where to queue, not told about the approx 210 steps to climb and not informed of a lift I could have taken. No idea of commentary as never saw a soul once I took the first step up to the top. Just read everything that was displayed on the walls etc . Never informed of a headset or if one available . In and out in 20 mins, disappointed if I’m being honest .

The experience is very good, the views are beautiful, and the tour also surprises us with a bit of history. Highly recommended
Self guided very crowded on a Sunday.

It was a good experience to walk the glass floors, but no where on the Tower Bridge did they indicate where the entrance is.
Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the glass floor experience. We appreciate your comments about the entrance signage and will share them with the venue for improvement.
The Abby is stunning. Definitely worth going to see.

It was really interesting but would have benefited from having a guided tour of all the different aspects of the bridge.
