Au Faneuil Hall, construit en 1742, le fantôme de son homonyme, Peter Faneuil, errerait encore dans les salles. Vous pourriez apercevoir son ombre ou même entendre sa voix. Le bâtiment, autrefois un marché animé et un lieu de rencontre, est également hanté par des esprits du passé révolutionnaire de Boston, ce qui en fait un haut lieu de rencontres étranges.
Chez Ned Devine, le site de la tristement célèbre Green Dragon Tavern, les choses ne sont pas moins effrayantes. Connue comme un repaire de la guerre d'Indépendance pour des personnages comme Paul Revere, la taverne est hantée par le fantôme du « Capitaine », un ancien habitué qui a connu une fin tragique. Les clients rapportent avoir entendu des marmonnements étranges et vu des ombres mystérieuses – pourrait-il s’agir du capitaine qui boit encore au bar ?

L’Union Oyster House de Boston, l’un des plus anciens restaurants de la ville, est aussi l’un de ses restaurants les plus hantés ! Construit en 1826, il serait hanté par l’esprit d’une ancienne serveuse qui aurait connu une fin tragique. Certains convives ont rapporté avoir vu son fantôme errer dans la salle à manger ou avoir ressenti un froid soudain. On dit que le fantôme de Chester A. Arthur hante l'Union Oyster House - devinez qu'il ne pouvait tout simplement pas clamer son endroit préféré pour un bon repas!

La Green Dragon Tavern de Boston est imprégnée à la fois d'histoire révolutionnaire et de traditions fantomatiques. Autrefois le repaire préféré de patriotes comme Paul Revere, Samuel Adams et John Hancock, la taverne fut le centre de complots politiques pendant la Révolution américaine. On pense que les fantômes de ces figures révolutionnaires persistent, débattant peut-être encore de liberté et de liberté.

King’s Chapel Burying Ground à Boston n’est pas seulement l’un des plus anciens cimetières de la ville – c’est aussi l’un des plus hantés ! Fondée en 1630, elle abrite les tombes de quelques-uns des premiers colons de Boston, dont des personnalités célèbres comme John Winthrop (le premier gouverneur de la colonie de la baie du Massachusetts). Mais avec une si longue histoire vient plein d'histoires effrayantes! La rumeur dit que le cimetière est hanté par les esprits de ceux qui y sont enterrés, en particulier près des vieilles pierres tombales altérées. Certains visiteurs prétendent entendre des murmures et voir des personnages de l'ombre se déplacer entre les tombes - preuve que, à Boston, même les morts aiment une bonne histoire de fantôme!

Experience was worth every penny
The guide was filled with knowledge of Boston Commons and the surrounding locations. The tour itself was very revealing and worth the money. Definitely a tour for history nerds like myself. I did learn something about someone I did not expect to learn about, Charles Dickens. So, if that entices you, then this is definitely a tour for you.

Boston's Haunted Pub Crawl is a great experience to top off a memorable day!
Tour guide Frost is fabulous! She is very animated, funny, and a walking encyclopedia! You easily experience that Frost loves sharing her exciting information with her walking and drinking tour guests. I learned a lot and had a great time on her fascinating tour! We visited famous pubs, enjoyed beer, and heard interesting ghost stories. Frost's tour was a perfect way to top a memorable day in Boston!

Great ghost tour

Not quite what we...
Not quite what we expected. A nice walk around some of Bostons oldest pubs with some ghost stories thrown in. Frost was our host and tried hard to deliver some excitement but was all a bot tame and rehearsed.

Great time, learned alot of history you won't learn on other tours!
Had a great time with Harlin, he was super knowledgeable and we learned lots of things we didn't learn on our other tours of Boston (we took 3!) Highly recommend taking this tour it was alot of fun and very interesting!

Nicole was great, very...
Nicole was great, very funny and charismatic. There were very minimal ghost stories in this tour (only a select few at the end) and it was primarily a pub crawl. It was a great guided pub crawl though, with little bits of history mixed in.

Great fun!

Bad night in Boston
First! Our tour guide did her best to make it a worthy experience. However, we only made it to 2 Taverns out of 6 and one was not on the list. Union Oyster house was closed. The Green Dragon was not allowing anyone else in the bar. We skipped several others and ended at the Bell in Hand and that was it. We did not see anything other than the Bell in Hand that was on the agenda. Again, tour director was great. The experience was poor.
