Cette visite est une expérience formidable pour les amateurs de vin et de bière, amateurs ou simplement curieux. À une heure de route de Prague, cette visite permet de mieux comprendre le processus de production complexe du vin mousseux et de la bière de renommée mondiale de la République tchèque. , tous deux entrelacés dans l’histoire de la belle ville de Pilsen. Nous allons apprendre les secrets de la façon dont les bulles pénètrent dans la bouteille et explorer l'histoire, la production et le sens de la qualité derrière la célèbre bière tchèque Pilsner Urquell.

Itinéraire
Nous commencerons notre visite dans l’usine de production de vins mousseux la plus connue de Tchéquie. Au cours de cette visite, vous profiterez d'une visite guidée au cours de laquelle vous découvrirez comment ce fameux sekt est fabriqué. Vous apprendrez la différence entre les méthodes de production traditionnelles et de Charmat, comment la levure est ébranlée et comment les sédiments sont retirés des vins mousseux. La visite sera suivie d'une dégustation de vins mousseux où vous pourrez vous familiariser avec 5 échantillons de ce célèbre producteur.
Après cette visite de l’usine de vin mousseux, nous nous rendrons directement à la brasserie pour un déjeuner traditionnel tchèque dans un restaurant très sympathique. (Facultatif: après cette visite, nous vous conduirons au centre-ville de Pilsen, où nous allons profiter d'une expérience de déjeuner tchèque traditionnel). Nous allons passer le reste de la journée (près de 2 heures) dans la brasserie historique qui a inspiré plus des deux tiers des bières du monde! Les célèbres bières à la Pilsner Urquell sont encore connues aujourd'hui sous les appellations «Pils», «Pilsner» ou «Pilsener» dans le monde entier! Les amateurs d'histoire seront impressionnés par le modèle de la brasserie du 19ème siècle, la brasserie des années 1930 et les caves historiques. Découvrez la méthode unique de brassage de la bière Pilsner Urquell et visitez le nouveau centre de mise en bouteille, qui peut traiter 120 000 bouteilles par heure. Terminez par une visite guidée de la brasserie et une dégustation de la bière des meilleurs produits de Pilsner Urquell. En fin de journée, nous vous ramènerons à votre hôtel à Prague.

Andrea picked us up at the scheduled time. We drove to Plzen. First stop was Bohemia Sekt where we first got a round in the vineyard. Then there were tasting of seeing different sparkling wines. Along the way, she told me about different places we passed. Afterwards there was lunch at PilsnerUrqeuell with subsequent round in the brewery. Finally there was a taste of beer and a round in the souvenir shop. Andrea has great knowledge of Prague, the surrounding areas and about beer and wine. Really a nice excursion. Recommended

My husband & I did a full day private trip to Bohemia Sekt sparkling wine cellar & Pilsner Urquell brewery with Andrea. We were conveniently picked up from our hotel, greeted with snacks, and hit the road for ~1 hr. We thoroughly enjoyed the Bohemia Sekt cellars. We received a very informative private tour where we learned about & witnessed the traditional method of sparkling wine creation, the bottling process, and finally got to try various samples of sparkling wine. We then headed to Pilsen to the Pilsner Urquell brewery where we had a delicious lunch before we did a group tour around the Brewery and sampled beer from their cellars. Andrea was an excellent guide. She had a great relationship with all of the folks at the wine cellar & brewery, was our personal photographer/already knew all the spots for the best photo ops, and very graciously recommended a great local spot for dinner. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone who loves sparkling wine and/or Pilsner Urquell beer! Thanks so much Andrea! -Gabby & Michael

Andrea was the best tour guide we could ever have asked for. Her attention to us as her guests was immeasurable. She was incredibly kind and generous with her knowledge and hospitality. We will definitely be using her guide service again the next time we can come back to the beautiful Czech Republic. The tour we went on at Bohemian Sekt was really nice and the tasting at the end was eye opening to the quality of Czech wines, and made us want to explore more of the wineries in the Czech regions. To top it off we had an excellent lunch, tour, and tasting of the unfiltered beer at the Pilsner Urquell brewery, bottling facility and most of all the aging cellars below the brewery. We really couldn't have asked for more. I would highly recommend Andrea and her tour company to anyone.
