Rejoignez notre excursion du samedi et explorez la côte sud en espagnol ! Vivez la même aventure que lors de notre circuit habituel, mais en espagnol et en anglais. Points forts de la visite : - Cascade de Seljalandsfoss : Admirez cette magnifique cascade et, si le temps le permet, passez derrière son rideau d'eau. - La cascade de Gljúfrabúi : Nous visitons ce joyau caché si les conditions le permettent. - La cascade de Skógafoss : Admirez son impressionnante chute de 60 mètres. - Village de Vík í Mýrdal : Explorez ce charmant village et profitez de la vue panoramique depuis l’église. - Plage de sable noir de Reynisfjara : Profitez de cette spectaculaire plage de sable noir et des puissantes vagues de l’Atlantique Nord. - Glacier de Sólheimajökull : Découvrez la beauté époustouflante de ce glacier. Il est important de noter que nous avons passé beaucoup de temps dans le bus entre les attractions. Nos guides partageront leurs connaissances sur l'histoire, la géologie et la culture de la côte sud, offrant une expérience interactive et personnalisée. À ne pas manquer !

L'une des plus grandes et des plus belles cascades d'Islande, avec une largeur impressionnante de 25 mètres et une chute de 60 mètres.
Nous monterons à l'église, où nous pourrons prendre de magnifiques photos ; ensuite, nous ferons une pause pour déjeuner.
La plage de sable noir la plus célèbre d'Islande, avec ses colonnes de basalte et ses vagues puissantes.
Nous nous approcherons du glacier pour le voir dans son intégralité et poserons un pied dessus.

Lieux et horaires de prise en charge
La prise en charge commence à 8h30 et se poursuit jusqu'à environ 9h00, au fur et à mesure que nous récupérons les passagers à différents endroits. Nous vous prions de bien vouloir vous présenter à votre lieu de collecte choisi à 8h30. Il est important que nous ayons votre adresse électronique dans nos dossiers afin de pouvoir vous envoyer un courriel 30 minutes avant l'heure de ramassage prévue. Ce courriel contiendra une description de notre véhicule, incluant une photo et le numéro d'immatriculation. Nous indiquerons également le nom du guide dans l'e-mail. Notre chauffeur-guide s'arrêtera toujours, sortira du véhicule et vous cherchera. Vous ne quitterez le point de collecte que si vous ne parvenez pas à le retrouver. Si vous séjournez dans le centre-ville et que vous ne trouvez pas le nom de votre hôtel sur la liste, vous devrez utiliser l'arrêt de bus désigné pour votre hébergement. Ces arrêts de bus ont été créés par la ville de Reykjavik afin de limiter la circulation des bus et des véhicules plus imposants dans les rues parfois étroites des vieux quartiers de Reykjavik.

- Il est important de vous informer que nous passons beaucoup de temps dans le bus entre les attractions, et cela peut représenter jusqu'à 5 ou 6 heures de trajet.
- Les bébés et les enfants de moins de 4 ans ne peuvent pas participer à cette visite. Pour des raisons de sécurité et de fonctionnement, aucune exception ne peut être faite. Si une réservation est effectuée avec un mineur n'ayant pas atteint l'âge minimum requis, celui-ci ne sera pas autorisé à participer à la visite.
- Les passagers doivent pouvoir occuper le siège qui leur est assigné en toute sécurité et confortablement, ou demander un siège supplémentaire à l'avance. Les passagers doivent pouvoir monter et descendre du véhicule et se déplacer de manière autonome.
- Déconseillé aux voyageurs à mobilité réduite.

It is the second time we have had Óscar as a guide and the truth is he does it great. The trip was very good (he drives very well), with calm music. He told us many interesting things about Iceland and its history. The truth is that I was never bored. Everything he told me fascinated me. He is a geologist and he also told us everything about volcanoes, glaciers, plates, cracks, beaches, Vikings, kings, wars, trolls, puffins, terns... He was telling us a little bit about everything we were seeing along the way. You can also tell that he is proud to live in Iceland. And always with a smile on his face. My review is a good few months overdue as my trip was in winter and I’m writing this in July. An amazing day, Gonçalo is a fabulous guide - friendly, helpful and well-informed about Iceland’s geography, history and folklore. He told us some great stories on the minibus and we had some laughs pronouncing Eyjafjallajokull, the volcano that stopped Atlantic air traffic on 2010. Gonçalo also stressed the importance of safety on Reynisfjara beach (which some people seem to ignore for their photos!). The waves were wild the day we visited. Great stops - the landscape of southern Iceland is stunning. So many breathtaking places en route to the waterfalls and photo opportunities. My advice - in Vik, leave ten minutes after lunch to see the beach beside the car park. A different perspective of the sea stacks. It was my second trip to Iceland, only five months after the first. I recommend this company more personalised and the minibus is warm and comfy. Lots of friendly folk on board, a really fun day out. I found the trip to be just the right length. Good value for the price, well worth paying a bit more for the whole experience.

Awesome tour with Simon. Full of comic relief and Icelandic information as well as some info about movies and TV shows that were filmed in the area. We had a little wet start to the day but that didn’t hinder anyone’s enthusiasm. Ended the trip at Seljalandsfoss waterfall just in time for the sun to come out. The tour guide did this on purpose because he had been tracking the weather and knew it would be sunny on the tail end of the trip and he was exactly right. Fantastic tour! Definitely go on this one and ask for Simon if you want some wonderful comic relief. Side note: take the steps to the observation deck on top of the first waterfall and walk down to see a second waterfall that is also pretty cool!

Fantastic tour to the South Coast with David, highly recommended. David really cared for the group on the tour and offered a really interesting, sometimes irreverent, commentary of the geology and history of Ireland with some diversions in to other more random topics like youth service in Iceland and Justin Bieber. Pick-up in Reykjavik was smooth and after a drive out to the South Coast with a break in between the tour takes you to Skogafoss with plenty of time to explore and get right close to the waterfall (and climb up to the top viewing point if are feeling energetic). Then onwards to Reynisfjara beach (the black sands beach) where David joined us to help navigate the beach safely. Lunch break was adequate in Vik with David providing excellent advice on options, we enjoyed an Icelandic lunch at the Ice Cave cafe. In the afternoon we walked up to the edge of the glacier with our guide providing context on the changing nature of the glacier as well as making sure we didn’t wander beyond the safe area. Then finally on to Seljalandsfoss, it is great that this is the last stop as going behind the waterfall even with waterproofs you get drenched but it was an amazing experience as was seeing the little slightly more secret waterfall, Gljúfrabúi. Overall a great experience but worth mentioning it does involve much more time in the minibus than the golden circle and a long day arriving back in to Reykjavik around 7pm.
