Description
Après une brève introduction sur les origines du quartier des Arches, vous partirez pour un voyage olfactif à travers le jardin. Nous allons "découvrir" les odeurs et les parfums de nos plantes aromatiques. Vous apprendrez à dresser votre nez de manière ludique. Enfin, nous terminerons notre promenade par la confection d'un sac aromatique que vous emporterez avec vous en souvenir de cette expérience aromatique inoubliable.

Itinéraire
Plongez dans l'univers fascinant d'un des jardins secrets de la Méditerranée. Au cours d'une promenade paisible avec notre guide d'environ 1 heure, en passant par des parcelles historiques, parmi les plantes aromatiques, la lavande, la citronnelle, l'origan, les fleurs et les arbres typiques de la région, les citrons, les oranges, les grenades, nous vivrons une expérience unique dans un lieu peu commun. Il n'est pas rare de croiser quelques "invités" autour de notre jardin, comme des grenouilles, des hérissons et des oiseaux. Enfin nous terminerons notre balade en composant ensemble une plante aromatique.

Even though it was hot, we found it really interesting. Our guide was lovely and patient. It was a pleasant tour that rekindled our love for herbs and nature
A wonderful guided tour the many scented and aromatic plants and trees of the garden. Some we knew well from Australia, others were completely new! Our guide Behe was awesome, very friendly and knowledgeable and we had a wonderful visit. It was a place of green serenity overlooking the steep climbs of the city. We'd highly recommend a tour! Well worth the money and time.

Often you travel far from home to visit particular places, but if you carefully search our lands they always surprise us with hidden pearls that you never expect. This sensory journey allows you to learn about aromatic herbs, ornamental plants and fruit trees typical of the territory, which change and bloom according to the various seasons, all immersed in a setting of pre-earthquake ruins that make the atmosphere unique. The relaxation corner allows you to admire the view of Ragusa Ibla in the shade of the carob tree, while sipping a cold drink that was kindly offered to us by Daniele, the Owner prepared and extremely available who led us along the entire route. At the end of the tour, you can take home your box with the aromas collected by yourself from the various plants, and also create your own seedling to grow.
It was a delightful meander through the beautiful hillside garden. Just me and the young gardener who obviously loves sharing his knowledge about the history of the place and the trees, vines, flowers and herbs that have been planted there. I had the added benefit of tasting the fruit of the prickly pear cactus which was a first for me. We were accompanied along the way by beautiful lizards 🦎 and by the sound of the river below. A lovely experience for anyone interested in the natural world. I recommend it.
