Lors de notre visite gastronomique secrète : Rome Centre historique, vous dégusterez une variété de plats Italiens locaux dans cette ville de renommée mondiale. Mangez des pizzas fraîchement préparées, des pâtes maison et des Supplí (boules de risotto), les meilleurs fromages et vins. Pour couronner le tout, vous terminerez avec une super gelato artisanale et en plus il y a notre plat secret. Cette visite vous emmène au cœur de Rome, par des monuments historiques, dans des marchés pittoresques, à l'intérieur de beaux restaurants et des lieux secrets hors des sentiers touristiques.

Votre visite commence à la Piazza Navona, l'une des places les plus emblématiques de Rome, construite sur le site d'un ancien stade. Célèbre pour ses superbes fontaines, son atmosphère animée et son architecture baroque, c’est aussi un lieu de rencontre pour apprécier la culture culinaire romaine. La piazza est entourée de cafés et de trattorias où vous pourrez siroter un expresso, déguster une gelato traditionnelle ou goûter des plats romains classiques comme les supplì et la pizza bianca. C’est l’endroit idéal pour mélanger l’histoire avec un goût des saveurs locales, exactement le sujet de cette visite !
L'un des palais les plus importants de la Renaissance à Rome et sert actuellement d'ambassade de France en Italie.
Un ghetto juif établi en 1555 dans le Rione Sant'Angelo, à Rome. L'un des quartiers les plus uniques de la ville qui regorge d'histoire, de culture et de bonne nourriture.
Fontaine classique du XVIIe siècle, hommage à 4 rivières, ornée d'un obélisque romain surmonté d'une colombe.
Vestiges d'un ancien passage piétonnier construit au IIe siècle av. J.-C. relier deux temples romains.

Interesting, entertaining and filling. Robbie has done an awesome job as our tour guide, providing plenty of information about the food we tried and the history behind shops/restaurants and their location. Food was plentiful and delicious. Highly recommended.

This was such a fun - and very filling - tour! Rocio, our guide, was absolutely fantastic. Very friendly and knowledgable, brimming with stories about the streets, piazzas and buildings we passed or visited. And the food, wow! You will NOT leave hungry, in fact, our tour began at 11:00 am and I didn’t think we’d be hungry again till breakfast! From the salumi to the suppli, from the lentils to the pizza and pasta…. The savory dishes were so good. And of course, what Italian food tour would be complete without cannoli and gelato?!? Check and check! We experienced all this while seeing the beauty of Roma around every corner. My entire family and even my 2-yr-old grandson enjoyed every minute! Rocio was the best guide we could have hoped for!

The food was incredible, and it was well spaced out so we never got too full during the experience. Our guide, Massimiliano was very well versed in the local food, and he gave us very helpful guides on how to best experience the food in Rome. We had wine, cheese, meats, pizza, pasta, cannolis, and gelato without any of it being too overwhelming, and there were fun facts about the origins of the food and the monuments we passed between each restaurant. If you want good food from authentic, family-owned places, this is definitely a great way to get it.

He was a fantastic guide, giving deeper historical context for the areas and foods we were experiencing. The selection of foods and wines was well varied, and to quality. The smaller group size was a huge plus; It made it feel more intimate, and have us a chance to bond with everyone. I highly recommend this tour!
