What an experience and organised by Egypt Best Holidays... Of course I didn't make it easy for them, (do I ever for anybody?), because I was staying on the West Bank and everyone else was coming from the east bank, and the only way they had of keeping in touch was through Whatsapp! But my pick up by the local minibus was dead on time at 5.30am and I joined the rest of the party as they arrived by boat from the other side. The guide/courier was pleasant and efficient even at the time of day, which is more than I am, and our balloon captain was the best, giving us great 360 degree views around the area. Being a hot air balloon the landing site is going to be a bit vague so in answer to the question from another passenger as we descended ''Is that our landing site?'', the answer from the captain... ''I don't know yet''. And the ground crew were very quick in getting to our eventual landing site and picking us up in the minibus.... Next time i am in Luxor (next January) if I want to do any of the tours I would certainly book with them again. And finally a difficult situation was handled very well, and that was that one of the passengers was complaining bitterly that she was going to miss her bus to the Red Sea which was leaving her hotel on the east bank at 8am. Well I think that anybody who books a bus for 8 am and then books a balloon ride for 6.30 am is asking for a problem, but they handled it very well with the balloon captain taking her in his car... Well done!

Great organization - everything worked out from the planning - to the implementation - to the end. An experience that remains unforgettable for all of us.
