Abigail was a great guide. She gave an interesting insight on Eiffel tower about its history and how is it maintained today. The meeting point could have been nearer to the entrance of Eiffel instead of a bit farther away. I must say for the group who joined at the pickup, it was confusing as especially the number of the building was not visible and the restaurant name which was mentioned in the app for Meeting point was not seen But overall it was a good experience with Abigail as our tour guide
Abigail was amazing very good
Abby was really friendly and a great tour guide
While guide gave us a brief history outside of tower. Other than that - no tour of sites from 2nd level as promised and definitely not 1 1/2 hours. She took us to 2nd level and then summit elevator and left. Totally not worth it other than fact we waited too late to book summit tickets independently. Book at least 30-60 days ahead on their site.
Alexandra was punctual, courteous, funny & knowledgeable.
Thank you so much for your wonderful review! Delighted to hear that you enjoyed your Eiffel Tower Night Tour and that Alexandra made such a positive impression on your experience. Her punctuality, friendly personality, sense of humor, and knowledge are qualities we truly value in our guides and we will be very happy to share your kind words with her.The Eiffel Tower at night offers a truly magical atmosphere and we are glad you were able to enjoy both the breathtaking views and the engaging stories shared during the tour. For future travelers, we highly recommend experiencing the Eiffel Tower in the evening, as the illuminated city skyline and sparkling tower create an unforgettable memory. Having a knowledgeable and entertaining guide like Alexa can make the visit even more special and help you appreciate the history and beauty of this iconic landmark. Regards, Natalia
If you are able to get tickets directly from the site that is a better option. The only benefit of the guided tour was not waiting in line. The guided tour is significantly more expensive than the tickets.
We arrived 10 minutes early at the appropriate meeting place and no guide was there or could be found. We had no way to communicate with them thus we had to miss our tour and go through the hassle of getting a refund. Thankfully Viator handled the situation efficiently and fairly and got me a refund. The outfitter’s communication throughout the process was poor.
The tour guide was never there - no flag or communication. They are also refusing to refund, this is definitely not right; Viator can't even do anything about it. I was there on time and did not see anyone at the meeting spot. I also went to the Eiffel tower and no TOUR was happening at that time.
Alexandra was a great guide. The problem was that I booked and paid for the Summit and only got tickets for the second level. I'm told that I will get refunded the difference between the two, but that really doesn't make up for the disappointment. Not like I live in Paris and can just make it up next weekend. Very unhappy.😡
The guide from Tourr.com never showed up in the meeting spot. My wife and I were 30 minutes prior and after. There was no number to call. No messages from the guide. We feel that it was a scam. We want our money back
Thank you for your review. We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. However, after carefully reviewing the situation, we can confirm that our guide was present at the designated meeting point and the tour departed on time as scheduled. All the relevant meeting details, including the exact location and timing were shared in advance. In busy locations such as the Eiffel Tower, it is very important to carefully follow the provided instructions and arrive at the correct meeting point ahead of time, as tours cannot be delayed without affecting other guests. For future travelers, we strongly recommend reviewing the meeting instructions thoroughly and arriving at least 15–20 minutes early to ensure a smooth check-in experience. While we regret that you were unable to join the tour, the issue in this case was not due to the guide’s absence. Regards, Natalia
