Les billets pour la Tour Eiffel ne peuvent pas être reçus à l'avance. Au lieu de cela, tous les clients doivent être présents au point de rendez-vous indiqué sur votre bon, où l'hôte fournira les billets. Profitez d'un accès au 1er et 2ème étage par ascenseur. Émerveillez-vous devant des vues spectaculaires sur Paris. Retrouvez d'abord votre hôte sur le lieu du rendez-vous, devant le Café Le Champ de Mars situé au 45 Avenue de la Bourdonnais. Échangez vos bons contre vos billets d'entrée à la Tour Eiffel et de là rejoignez votre hôte qui vous accompagnera jusqu'au 2ème étage de la tour.

- Il peut y avoir des retards au poste de contrôle de sécurité et pour accéder à l'ascenseur
- Ce produit n'est pas remboursable sauf: Si un cas de force majeure fait que SETE décide de restreindre l’accès à tout ou partie du monument pendant plus de deux (2) heures consécutives, le remboursement sera strictement proportionnel à cette restriction. Si l'accès est restreint en raison d'une décision prise par les autorités publiques, aucun remboursement ne sera dû. Par exemple, si l'accès au sommet de la Tour Eiffel est fermé, seule la différence entre le coût d'un billet pour le sommet et un billet pour le deuxième étage pourra être remboursée puisque les 1er et 2e étages resteront ouverts au public.
- Le fauteuil roulant est accessible seulement jusqu'au deuxième étage.
- Les personnes à mobilité réduite ne sont pas autorisées à monter au sommet
- Les enfants de moins de 4 ans ont également besoin d'un billet d'entrée; veuillez l'ajouter lors de la réservation.

The meeting point is not at the Eiffel Tower but 500m away, and the ticket office at the tower refuses these tickets, which are overpriced. .the person who accompanied us spoke only in English!!!!!. conclusion: WORTHLESS.

The Eiffel Tower experience was short, sweet and just what we needed for a re visit to this historical site and to avoid long lines. The guide was clear and extremely friendly. I would highly recommend.

Tour couldn’t have been better. We met our guide Dinesch at the scheduled meeting spot, he was informative, entertaining, interactive and very friendly. He kept the tour participants engaged and together. He was always smiling and talking with us. The tour was the perfect length and we were able to spend as much time on the tower as we needed. So far this was my favorite tour and tour guide!

I honestly booked this because all of the direct booking tickets were sold out for the date and time I wanted to go. It worked out well because this tour started at a cute little cafe where my family and I were able to have breakfast before our 930 start time. Our tour guide was very informative and the pre-tour information gave lots of good insight. We didn't try to stay with the group once we got in the tower. It would have been impossible to stick together. We enjoyed the views regardless and got enough information before to make it worthwhile.

Meeting place is 5minutes walk away. Guide was very articulate and clear. The trip left on time and the guide was very engaging

There is no direct access like they advertise. We had to wait in line for two hot hours before we got to summit. Not worth the money.
