Welcomed by Nichole in Palm shop, set us up with great cruising Norcos for the day. Great way to see the beautiful beaches and enjoy lots of coffees. Would definitely recommend if you need a half day activity. Nichole had 3 sets of customers and calmly dealt with each group with efficiency and good vibes. Asset to the business

Our "Biked" tour was an epic saga of mountain biking turned survival adventure. Picture this: one moment we're pedaling peacefully, the next, we're battling the sting of the infamous gympie gympie plant. But fear not, our heroic guide swiftly turned disaster into comedy, employing emergency waxing skills worthy of a stand-up routine and guiding us to soothing waters with the calm of a seasoned captain. The unexpected twist? Encounters with green ants and wallabies that turned our route back into a spontaneous wildlife safari. Despite the pain, the laughs, and the sheer unpredictability, it was an adventure we wouldn't trade for anything. Huge shoutout to our guide for turning a potentially trip-ruining moment into an unforgettable story of resilience, laughter, and the great outdoors. "Biked" doesn't just offer tours; they deliver unforgettable memories, with a side of life lessons (and a little wax). Five stars for turning what could have been a disaster into one of the most memorable days of our lives. We laughed, we cried (mostly from laughing), and we absolutely loved it. Thanks, "Biked"!

I wanted to rent a bike in Palm Cove, but initially I was unhappy because I saw the prices. But they are completely normal for Australia, you can't compare them with the prices in European holiday countries. But what was even better was that Courtney, the owner of Biked, took a lot of time to ask me about my plans. Courtney, the owner of Biked, took a lot of time to ask me about my plans and offered me a variety of bikes, none of which were expensive. I really didn't need the MTB I had planned, so I decided on a very well-maintained e-city bike. Courtney recommended really good routes and when the four hours were up (quite enough), she offered me to keep the bike overnight until the next day at 12 o'clock. And that at a cheaper than for the four hours! So the next day I was able to combine a tour with a super hike up Earl Hill, which Courtney had Courtney absolutely recommended. The whole bike & hike tour was really worth it! Unfortunately, the hike took longer because there were several paths that I didn't want to skip. so I arrived back at Biked later than I had actually booked. And of course I would have paid for it. But Courtney didn't want that at all. She was happy that nothing happened and that I had a nice tour. And then she took a lot of time to give me tips for my next destinations. The shop, the staff and Courtney were very relaxed and helpful, absolutely lovely. If I ever cycle in Palm Cove again, it will only be with Biked.

Worth a visit to these guys!!! My husband and 14yr old son hired mountain bikes and e-bikes and rode to the Smithfield MTB tracks,while my 12yr old daughter and I hired e-scooters and traveled to Trinity Beach for a smoothie and back. The boys loved their bikes and said the tracks were awesome. My daughter and I absolutely loved the e-scooters!!!! Awesome day and the equipment was in great condition. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful in helping you plan your trip. Well done guys!!!

Myself, 50+ and a 12 year old, best bike tour ever. Electric bikes were amazing, track through the rainforest was amazing and the guides were awesome. Cannot recommend this highly enough, fun, different, awsome and very professional.

The boys had a wonderful morning exploring the area on their bikes. It wasn’t an organise tour but the shop advised them of some nice parts to cycle and they had a fabulous morning riding around.

Fantastic service - responsive and passionate during the planning process. Very quick to respond to email requests and the information provided was excellent. Offered to provide additional equipment as we are travelling without our own cycling gear. Really looking forward to doing the Bump Track next time we are in Cairns!
