I booked a Dubai travel package with Rayna Tours for my family of seven in December 2025. Due to the ongoing war situation and safety concerns in the region, we no longer felt comfortable proceeding with the trip in March 2026 and requested either: a full refund, or at minimum, travel credit for future use. Unfortunately, the experience after booking has been extremely disappointing. The agent I was originally corresponding with stopped responding completely, and despite reaching out to other agents as well, I have not received any productive or customer-friendly resolution. For a family booking of this size, I expected at least basic communication, empathy, and a clear resolution path. Travel plans can change for genuine safety and family reasons. Even if a company has policies in place, the least they can do is respond professionally and offer reasonable options. What has been most frustrating is not just the refund issue — it is the lack of accountability, poor communication, and complete absence of customer support once payment was made. I am still hoping Rayna Tours will do the right thing and offer either: a full refund, or future travel credits that we can use when we feel comfortable traveling. At this point, I would advise other travelers to think carefully before booking.

We went on a Dubai city tour with our guide Savio. He was the best guide and provided us with the knowledge we needed. He made the whole tour exciting and worth going on. He knew what he was saying and had enough information worth sharing. I recommend you go with him on a tour.

I will no book anything through this site. They are scammers. You can not get them on the phone and when you do you cant understand what they are saying. When you try and communicate with them via whatsapp they ignore you.
