Paris : Bus à arrêts multiples avec option croisière sur la Seine

We love using this type of seeing the highlights. We got off at the Eifel Tower and got on the Seine hour cruise and the back on. Very nice.

Wish we would have done this tour the first day. It takes you to all the main sites. You'll have an overview of the city. However, the bus will be stuck in traffic quite a bit. I recommend a 48 hour tour, because you can return to the sites you're most interested in and spend more time in each. Not all tours operate late at night. Don't get stranded on the other side of town, lol.

Great way to see the highlights of Paris

We did this tour at our leisure and it was fantastic! It made stops at all of the famous tourist spots.

We bought the tour around 3 PM and got a chance to get off and get on once then the entire streets were closed for best deal day and we didn’t get a chance to enjoy our continue our tour in any of the rest of the stops so we were disappointed with that.

Great options! Loved the multiple stops and flexibility but was disappointed the last stops were so early!

When we arrived at our port I noticed a lot of beautiful big ships - I then spotted a small rust bucket type ship and was feeling sorry for anyone that might have to go on that one - guess what - that was going to be my transportation for the next 2 weeks. I was embarrassed. Things didnt get any better getting on the 'ship' - carpets old and dirty in the hall ways but when I got to my room my heart sunk. It was old and it was well used and worn out - the carpets again were worn out and stained, the towels, supposed to be white were of a yellow colour (old) - the bathroom was a tiny corner bath with an old plastic shower curtain and a hand type spray - it was also high to get into not good for a short person. A warm bottle of water was in the room for a price, and I was supposed to be on 'all inclusive'. The fridge did not work nor did the a.c - I was so disappointed that I went straight back down to reception and told them I wanted to get off this 'ship' - this wasnt what I paid for - they called the cruise company and handed me the phone - I told them my disappointment and they said they would call me back in '2 mins' - I had asked if I left the ship there and then, would they give me my money back. I sat in the reception area and an hour later, one of the crew came out from the back office and said that they had received an email from ROL/Ambassador saying if I wanted to get off then I would loose all my money - I couldnt afford to do that. When I came back after this awful so called holiday and wrote to ROL, who have been rude and unhelpful, they said I should've looked at the pics of the ship before booking - the pics were nothing like the real thing! They have spoken down to me and with total and utter disrespect. Another problem all inclusive but no internet, that set me back over £140 on top of the huge amount I paid for this 'amazing cruise' - but it didnt work, every morning I went down to reception for help, it worked then but didnt in the cabin - then I was told to sit in my cabin with the door open and it might work!! I am an older lady on a solo trip so not the best advice. The food was awful, I ate a lot of crackers with cheese - many days the same old stuff and cold plates. Not a great selection either. In one of the downstairs restaurants it took them over 40mins to bring me some scrambled egg! Some of the islands we 'visited' were shut on Sundays, so nothing to see and a lot of the other islands were awful and felt unsafe. A ceiling in one of the restaurants came down on an elderly couple, the staff were more interested in taking pics instead of helping this poor couple - other passengers stepped up to help them. The ship was so old and when we were docked in different places, it was so embarrassing to get on - one gantry for on and off so often large lines of people waiting to leave/get on - some of the staff were miserable and couldnt even say 'good morning' etc The amount of money I spent on this dreadful awful so called cruise was way way too much but I thought it was going to be amazing, even half of the prices would have been too much. I have contacted the company a few times and they offered me £100 voucher for another cruise with them!!!! After this one why would I use this company again? This is how rude and disrespectful they have been. Going on your own takes a lot of guts, I had lost my husband of over 40yrs and felt quite low - I thought this holiday would've made me feel a little better but it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had - I have been on many cruises, visited many countries and indeed lived in a lot of places around the world but for this company to put this old 'ship' for use and charge huge amounts of money and then treat me like I am a nuisance, is disgusting. When you pay what I did you expect the best and thats why just viewing the ship before boarding was upsetting but I wanted it to be great but sadly it wasnt. All ROL/Ambassador have done treat me with disrespect. Never ever again with them - they dont have respect for paying customers.

The bus did not make all of the stops on the schedule. Hard to find the stops where the bus actually stopped.

Regular bus, not too crowded. Still expensive, with an app only in English, what a shame. The music throughout the route was pleasant. And the ground floor of the bus, with A/C, is appreciated during hot weather. Explore the great places of Paris, beautiful experience.

The Paris Hop-On Hop-Off bus tour itself was fantastic. The route, commentary, and information provided were excellent, and we really enjoyed the experience. Unfortunately, there was a serious safety issue when we were getting off the upper deck. The drivers changed over, and the bus started moving before all passengers had finished disembarking. My friend lost her balance and nearly fell down the stairs, only avoiding a serious fall because another passenger caught her. She has been left badly bruised from her groin to her knee. There were several other people on the stairs at the time, including an older lady with a cane, so this situation could have resulted in a much more serious injury. The tour was wonderful, but passenger safety needs to be taken far more seriously.
