Tour de Delhi le plus populaire - Best of Old Delhi & New Delhi en un jour

Description

Totally professional and very detailed . The host took very good care. “Loved the time invested
I booked a 1 day guided tour, I travelled to India solo for business. I enjoyed the history of Old & New Delhi, including a fantastic rickshaw ride. My guide Mr Ahmer was very knowledgable and was very willing to answer all my questions and suggest and take as many photos I wanted. It was a busy day and I was picked up at my hotel in a modern, clean car and toured Lodhi Gardens, Humayun's Tomb, Parliamnet Buildings, Lotus Temple, spice markets, Jama Masijid Mosque and a fun rickshaw ride. We stopped for a lunch at a little cafe in Old Delhi, where i was able to sample various dishes and spices. I highly recommend this tour for those that have limited time to see the sights, travelling solo or women who are looking for a safe guided tour.
Naresh was our guide for our Old Delhi and New Delhi tour today. He took to a variety of places and was very knowledgeable and informative. Naresh spoke clearly and was easy to understand. The rickshaw ride through Old Delhi was incredible. We truly appreciated our tour.
The guides were amazing. Sorab in Delhi and Rada in Agra were the best. Sorab - Loved his company, views and also his silences, he knew what to say and when to give us space, which I think is a very good quality for a guide. And Rada - was such good company for the kids that the full day was smooth and fun without many tantrums. Thanks to the team who made the booking process so easy and for accommodating us last minute. The host Ritu even met us during our tour and welcomed us with beautiful garlands. My child was ecstatic. We did the the Agra and Delhi tour with them.
My wife and I had a free day at the end of February and took the one day private tour. Everything went without a hitch and our tour guide Naresh was excellent. The pickup from our hotel at the airport was on time and we were dropped off back at the expected time The rickshaw tour in the morning through Old Delhi is something that should not be missed however expect to have your nerves jangled as they weave through the crowded streets. In comparison New Delhi seemed positively calm
First let me mention that I had a large group of 14 friends. Accommodating them was also a task in hand. Ritu the owner did an outstanding job of organizing the tour of both Old and New Delhi. She also shared with us some excellent restaurant choices, especially Indian Accent. Her colleague Naresh's tour of New Delhi was also excellent. We had a Bollywood show at kingdom of Dreams and she made sure we arrived in time and helped us with everything. Ive been to delhi several times but she is by far the best guide in Delhi
Good day out with the highlight being the long cycle rickshaw tour of Old Delhi, beginning with the Jama Masjid and exploring the narrow lanes around Chandni Chowk. The rest gets the highlights - Humayun’s Tomb, Lutyen’s Delhi. And then a more detailed Qutub Minar tour. Saurav, our guide, was good but may have been a little inhibited by my presence (an older Indian who knows all this well already). My visiting friends enjoyed him thoroughly and he got to practice his Spanish too!
We spent only two days in Delhi and thanks to the tour we got a very good overview of not only Delhi but also on India’s history, thanks to our guide Naresh. More than half of the day was in Rickshaw - carrying two people in each but with guidance by a wireless headphones. We probably did not turned specialists in India or Delhi but we certainly got a good feel an wibe from our tour. It’s a miracle how many sights and impressions the guide managed to include in only 8 hours. Of course we could have spent more time in the spice market but you have to make hard choices to cover both Old Delhi and New Delhi in a day. But Naresh succeeded!
Our guide was extremely knowledgable which made the day an unforgettable experience. I do recommend this option for people who want to see the main sights and also learn about how Delhi developed and Indian history.
I cannot praise the tour enough. We are a middle aged couple who enjoy walking and exploring. Our guide was amazing and spent lots of time explaining the unique sights in Old Delhi. The visit to the Sikh temple was particularly memorable, we were made to feel very welcome and although we are not particularly religious there was a feeling about the place. The spice markets were amazing and as an avid cook, there were lods of opportunity to stick up on supplies. Finally the visit to the silver smith was was very educational
