Tour Burana et canyons de Konorchek

Description

A superb visit to the Konorchek Canyon and the Burana Tower by Kyrgyzstan.Wonders and by Tariel, our guide. After a two-hour drive, we were able to experience an intermediate-level trek (a little bit of climbing but not too difficult for those who are used to hiking) and half an hour at the top of the canyons exploring the area. Accessible even in high season despite the heat. We finished with the Burana Tower, one of the oldest monuments in Central Asia. A must-do!
I had a wonderful time hiking through the picturesque Konorchek Canyons and enjoying fresh apricots atop the canyon. The historical significance of Burana Tower to the Kyrgyz Republic and local history makes it a must see.
Thank you, Trevor! Welcome back to Kyrgyzstan!
Great tour with knowledgable guide. An excellent way to discover the natural beauty of Kyrgyzstan. Highly recommended
Hi, George! Thank you for your review and welcome to Kyrgyzstan!
I can’t recommend Aibek and Visit Bishkek enough as this was definitely one of the best tours I have ever been to. He is a great guy, friendly, knowledgeable and very funny, we had a great day exploring the canyon which was so beautoful. I was a solo traveller and felt safe and comfortable all the time. Highly recommend, thank you so much Aibek.
The day has been properly planned and schedule was properly executed by Aibek. Never a dull moment! Konorchek Canyons trek was challenging enough and will just make you say "wow" when you reach the canyon viewpoints. It will surely amaze you with how diverse the beauty of nature of Kyrgyzstan can be. Every drive/route was very scenic, like paintings drawn and moving right before your eyes. I highly recommend this tour.
This was a fantastic experience, I totally fell in love with Kyrgyzstan! Aibek is a superb guide. He knows so much about the sites, he can talk about geography, cultures, history... anything, really :) The tower with the mountains in the background is an amazing sight while the canyon tour is breathtaking all the way. We also had a Kyrgyz flatbread for lunch, which was very traditional and delicious. This trip was so amazing, even though i had only a short time to explore the country, i fell that this tour really gave a great insight to the beauty of Kyrgyzstan. I really hope I can return to Kyrgyzstan once and continue the exploaration of the countryside with Aibek!
Dear Luca! Thanks for such a warm review! It was a pleasure for me to be your guide and I enjoyed your company a lot ! Hope to see you again on a tour of the beauties of Kyrgyzstan! Best Regards, Aibek
It was a very interesting tour. First, we drove to the Burana tower, visited the museum took good pictures. Our guide Aibek told us the history of the ancient tower. After that, we stopped at a local cafe for local treat kattama bread. Then we drove and walked till the Canyon. There where 4-5 stone barriers which we had to pass. Canyons were amazing. Even its winter day there was almost no snow. Reddish beautiful rocks surrounded the area. The 2,5 km walk was worth of seeing this beauty. Thank you Aibek for a great tour.
Thanks a lot for your kind review and welcome back! Regards, Aibek
not to be missed! Located 30 minutes from the capital, Bishkek. Advised to go by car or taxi (cheap in Tokmok) And take something to eat go eat before or after
We highly recommend this trip with Aibek! The correspondence before the trip was perfect and the trip went smoothly. Aibek was informal, easy to communicate with and had a great sense of humor. The scenery is amazing, lunch was great and we were very lucky with the weather conditions. However, due to the traffic, the trip was a bit longer than expected and lasted for approximately 10 hours in total.
Dear Julia and Heidi! Thank you for your warm feedback! It was my pleasure to be your guide. Regards, Aibek
