They guarantee they include the way to get machupichu ticket but they dont. They just take you one day earlier to get your own ticket. Guide didn’t explain what was going on, talked fast and was very confusing (I speak Spanish and don’t get it). They just pay for your train tickets And your guide but you could do it on your own. If we didn’t find our own way to get the tickets, the entire trip would have been a wash - just bus and train tickets organised by then. But we paid for the tour anyway.
Hi Jonathan This is very sad to hear from you. We informed you of the situation with the Machu Picchu entrance tickets two months before the start of the tour. Finally you agreed to go and you accepted. We take care of everything, train tickets, all transportation and we provide you with a private guide in Machu Picchu. Also you told us that you have two tickets for Machu Picchu and our guide in Machu Picchu will help you to get in. So at the end when we asked you about the service you told us directly in person that the tour was great. I don't understand why you would write such a bad review. This review damages our reputation. I have also tried to call you to talk about the situation and you never answer me. Anyway for the future and our experience will help us a lot.
