L'attraction naturelle coule jusqu'au bord de l'eau à Land's End, la pointe sud de Cabo San Lucas (qui se trouve elle-même à l'extrémité sud de la péninsule mexicaine de Basse-Californie) et dans la mer de Cortez. De loin, la formation rocheuse ressemble à un dragon; de près, l'arche encadre ciel, mer et sable pour des photos de choix. Situé au large de la côte de Cabo San Lucas, Pelican Rock présente des formations rocheuses spectaculaires et une petite plage de gravier qui est souvent bondée de plongeurs en apnée, de nageurs, de plongeurs sous-marins et de sauteurs de falaises.

We didn’t get to go on the trip because the cruise boat left at 12:30 and our excursion was at 11:45 so we didn’t make it

I can see your reservation was set for 11:45 AM, and we did keep that schedule ready for you. That said, we’re always quite flexible on the day — if timing is tight with cruise departures, we’re more than happy to move guests to an earlier departure (such as 9:00, 9:30, or 10:00 AM) whenever possible. In this case, we didn’t receive any message or update from your side before the tour, so we weren’t able to adjust things in time or support you accordingly. Please know we’re always here and genuinely happy to help — whether it’s adjusting schedules or finding a solution that works best for you. You would have been more than welcome on board. I took my family of 7, kids ahead 15 to 4 on the glass bottom boat tour. We had a great time and definitely recommend it. We were on a cruise and the cruise was late getting us off and the company was so accommodating. The facility is efficient and the boat guides were super nice. All around a great trip.

The Arch Boat tour operator first cancelled our boat tour booking for 6 people a day before and then increased the price. As we became aware of this quite late, we had no option but to rebook the trip with them at the higher price.
Thank you very much for sharing your feedback with us, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation. The original reservation date coincided with Day of the Dead, during which marina operations and schedules are affected. For this reason, we informed you in advance that we would not be able to operate the tour on that specific day and had to cancel the booking accordingly. For the following rebooking options, we made every effort to maintain the same price and offer available alternatives. We understand how last-minute changes can be frustrating, and we truly appreciate your flexibility.
