The photo on your website does not represent the actual flight experience. With six passengers, seating was extremely cramped. There was no space for a tray with champagne glasses. Although the plane had 8 seats, even 6 average sized adults were uncomfortable in the cabin. A/C worked weakly part of the flight and not a all other times. Passengers fanned themselves with emergency information sheets to circulate air. Flight departure time was changed by phone more than once. No tour over Toronto was included as promised in your online listing. There was no "glass of champagne in the air" as advertised. (Some other passengers were offered a gift bag with a bottle and plastic glasses but we were told we did not pay extra for that gift. Is Viator aware that you are billing guests for services that do not occur? Pilots offered not one word of narration, not even alerting passengers that plane was over the falls. Interior of plane was in poor condition and seatbacks had trash left behind by previous passengers. Overall, this flight experience disappointed and certainly did not resemble what you describe on your website. Please correct your description so others are not misled.

Plane is old , no ac, chairs not comfortable, glasses windows too foggy, flying too far away , views not really clear.paying almost $600 US dollars ,can’t even enjoying, sweating my ass off . Bad experiences.

This was certainly an experience to remember - what an incredible afternoon! Our pilot Deep was very reassuring and thoughtful. He told us exactly what to expect and made sure we were alright which made the trip very enjoyable. The ride itself was nothing short of exhilarating with fantastic views of Toronto and Niagara Falls - we highly recommend it!

Unclear pricing - not fair - amount was rising several times for taxes and other costs . Pilot was ok

Plane not at all what they advertise the pictures are not very small plane itself I sat next to the pilot folded could not move otherwise I hit the steering wheel in the back of the seats totally worn my wife was almost on a steel frame no leg room the pilot was very nice the flight was okay view she did call the day before that there was too much wind so the flight was rescheduled again plane worn

Our pilot was excellent and the was ride smooth. We did the Cessna 172, which was older, but ran smooth. If I did it again I might have done the six person option in the bigger/faster plane. Mostly to get an iconic luxury photo inside.

I am just mind blown by the excellent customer service they provided us They were very friendly from the beginning I am definitely booking it again with viator It was super easy to navigate and it was a superb experience

Had a great time celebrating my friends birthday with a bottle of champagne pilots and staff were friendly great service thank you for a fun time we had a blast .
