Tortuga Island Tour avec Costa Cat

Wow what a day to treasure, the tour starts at the harbour where your greeted by a wonderful crew, they are all soo friendly and welcoming. After making your way on board the boat it's beautiful and very clean, plenty of spaces to sit to enjoy the ocean views. Once set off the crew couldn't be more helpful constantly checking in us and offering drinks including a light snack to start the day off. The three crew members I remember the most were Wilmer, Ceaser and Julia they really looked after us. As we were approaching the island of tortuga we were lucky enough to see a huge pod of dolphins swimming around the boat simply magical. Once on the island the drinks were flowing and the snorkeling was amazing even gave the banana boat a try which was so fun. The food on the island was top class and we met some lovely people throughout the day. Highly recommended day trip of lifetime

Dependable transportation from our Jaco hotel to the boat. Crew was excellent, very much service oriented and attention to detail. Boat slowed down on the way to the island to view sea turtles and dolphin. Light breakfast on the way was just enough. Once on the island, settled into our loungers and umbrella. Great location to swim, cool down and have a few drinks. Lunch was awesome.

We went on the Isla Tortuga tour the day after our wedding with friends and family as a group activity to keep the celebration going and WOW was that a great choice. Thank you so much to the crew and guides for their EXCELLENT service. Cesar aka “papito” and Rolando really made our experience wonderful. Their activities and the beach make the price well worth it! Not to mention the delicious lunch and good drinks! Definitely recommend!

The best experience of our trip. Everything was provided and accounted for. The food was delicious. We had drinks all day long and the activities were a blast. The staff was great and very accommodating made sure we had the best time. 100/10

This was such a fun time, my group thoroughly enjoyed our time with Costa Cat and would recommend it to anyone, the snorkeling was great, food was great, banana boat was fun, the water was nice and warm and staff was very kind. We definitely got our moneys worth. We even saw a pod of dolphins on the boat ride to the island, very cool!

Everything about this day was perfect. The crew was so attentive and friendly, going out of their way to make meaningful connections. The island was beautiful, the beach setup was comfortable and spacious. We had a blast snorkeling, on the banana boat, and loved the hike as well. Worth every penny!

Fun day with excellent service and great food. We boarded CostaCat promptly at 715 and we're immediately served fresh fruit, carrot muffins, & coffee. The ride over to tortuga island was lovely and we saw a couple of sea turtles and a few dolphins. (The ride made at least 1 passenger ill, so be prepared.) The staff had chairs & umbrellas arranged for each group (ie. 4 chairs specifically for our family of 3), ready for arrival. We were immediately served drinks and invited to enjoy the beach & ocean. There are scheduled activities: snorkeling at 9:30, lunch at 11:15, banana boat ride &/or short hike to a pretty viewpoint after lunch. Lunch was excellent and seemed unlimited. Throughout the day the staff are constantly circulating to check on guests, collect used cups, offer assistance, bring the drinks of your choice. For snorkeling, people are provided with a life vest, goggle/mask, & snorkel, then we board small boats to go to a platform near some rocky islands. As soon as you jump in, you see an assortment of fish and have 20-30 minutes to snorkel around the rocky area. Staff are watching carefully and work to keep everyone a safe distance from the rocks and from the path of any other boats. I really enjoyed this part of the day and saw a nice variety of fish & urchins. The water is turquoise, the beach is light sand mixed with rocks and coral fragments and the waves a fun to play in. The "hike" was very short to a lovely viewpoint. It was too hot in the afternoon to want to go on the full loop. We saw javelina, a deer, iguanas, and crabs on the island as well as a sea turtle from the overlook. The day was very enjoyable and my teen daughter says it was her favorite day of our vacation.

Great trip worth every penny. Took 20 family members. Easy registration, parking. Breakfast and lunch included, excellent and all you could eat. Unlimited exotic drinks with or without alcohol. Juices and sodas available for the kids. I highly recommend COSTA CAT.

This trip was absolutely incredible! We had perfect weather and enjoyed every activity they included - snorkeling, banana boat ride, hiking, and the lunch was outstanding!! So much food all super tasty and satisfying. Drinks were also plentiful and the Costa Cat staff were 10/10 especially Wilbur. Definitely bring sunscreen and towels but so much is provided otherwise. It might seem pricey but it’s 100% worth it and this cannot be missed! One recommendation is motion sickness meds for the boat ride as it get choppy and is 1 hr long. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This was an incredible tour! I would recommend this for anyone looking for a day of activity and relaxing while taking in the incredible views of Costa Rica. The crew was incredible and made the experience so much better. We were able to see a few species that we hadn’t seen yet like dolphin and a peccary.
