All the highlights hit in one short day, plenty of time to explore on own i would have preferred an English only tour
Dear Stacey, Thanks for your nice words about our guide. This is a bilingual tour, very appreciated by people and families of different languages allowing them to take in the sites while the second language is spoken. However, we also have small monolingual group tours available for your future visits. With kind regards, Fun and Tickets Team

We did not get the tour we booked, so we were disappointed. We had booked the tour with 3 hours of free time and the panoramic train, but instead, we were placed with a more structured walking tour, and no panoramic train. We were looking forward to a large block of time to explore on our own, but instead we had to stay with the group for most of the tour. The guide was lovely, and tried to offer us the opportunity to visit the cathedral, at an extra charge, which we did not want to do. However, this meant that we had to sit and wait near the cathedral for 45 minutes while the rest of the group went inside. I wanted a large block of time to explore on our own, rather than being in a large group the whole time. While the guide was very kind and knowledgeable, this was not the tour that I booked.
Good day Melissa, We are glad to hear that your guide was very kind and knowledgeable. We are sorry about the misunderstanding, we had booked your panoramic train, however, you were kindly given the option, if willing, to do instead of taking the panoramic train, taking the panoramic bus, plus a visit with tickets to two monuments with our 30 people group, and you decided to change your tour booked to this second option. You had a total of nearly 3 hours free time in different parts of the city, including those 45 minutes in the Cathedral area. We understand that because of the heat, you preferred just to sit in a bar instead of exploring that picturesque area on your own. We apologize for not having met your expectations, the choice was given to you with the best intention of giving you a second option, being of course not mandatory, but optional. We look forward to welcoming you back in future tours and activities. Warm regards, Fun and Tickets Team

Thought the timing of the trip and schedule was the perfect amount of sight seeing and free time. Our guide was super knowledgeable about the history and sights.
Dear Danielle, Thank you for your kind words. It’s great to hear that the balance between sightseeing and free time felt just right. In a half-day visit to Toledo, that timing is key to enjoying both the guided insights and a bit of personal exploration. We’re also glad the guide helped bring the city’s history and landmarks to life. Best, The Fun and Tickets Team
Beatrice & Israel were fabulous tour guides & driver. The trip was so informative, interesting and fun. We would definitely recommend.
Dear Hazel, Fabulous is a great word to read, thank you. It’s lovely to hear that Beatriz and Israel made the experience both informative and enjoyable. That mix of learning and having a good time is exactly what we aim for. We really appreciate your recommendation. Best, The Fun and Tickets Team
Toledo is beautiful, so much history to see and experience. I did the half day trip which was wonderful, but the cathedral isn't a part of this due to so much else to see. While I recommend the half day, to see the cathedral with the full day tour would have been even better.
Dear Clint, You summed it up perfectly, Toledo has so much to offer that it’s hard to fit everything into just a few hours. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the half day tour and found it worthwhile. And you’re absolutely right, the Cathedral is an incredible highlight and choosing the full day option is a great way to experience it without missing anything. Thanks for sharing your insight, it will definitely help other travelers when deciding which option suits them best. Hope to see you again on another visit! Best, The Fun and Tickets Team
