Such a great tour to learn Shimokitazawa. Ken was so friendly and knowledgeable of the area. I picked up a few things and had a fun time learning the area.
Very cool neighborhood! We visited a few shops we would have missed and had a drink at an outdoor cafe. Couldn’t have been a better day in December
This exploration of Shinokitazawa neighborhood was fabulous with the help of our guide kc. haven’t done it without him, arigato!
It was such a unique neighborhood, it’s so different to other parts of Tokyo. I haven’t seen so many vintage shops in one area, just wow. Thank you for showing us around kc, we had a great day!
This was a great tour. I was looking for some vintage shops to take my teenage children, and Casey hit all the best spots, including an excellent coffee shop. Casey was very pleasant and knew a lot about the area. Highly recommended.
If you’re a lover of vintage clothing this is 100% the tour for you! Casey introduced us to the area and took us to some neat shops. He was very pleasant and incredibly patient, because let’s be honest, who wants to wait around while people shop 😂 My advice to those considering doing this tour, make sure you do it at the front end of your Tokyo stay because you’ll want to go back another day! There are 200 vintage shops to be seen and not enough time in a day.
We booked this tour because our 13 year old loves going to thrift stores and looking for rock band t-shirts & sports jerseys. Our guide Casey was great! He was very friendly and easy going and he knew all the best shops for us to visit. It was a lot of fun exploring all of the little shopping lanes in the area (something we definitely would not have been able to do as thoroughly on our own). If you love thrifting and vintage vibes, we highly recommend this tour with Casey!
I joined the same companies drinking tour in Shibuya and they recommended this shopping tour in Shimokitazawa. This was such a cool experience, I would’ve never been able to find some of these hidden vintage shops without our guide KC!!
I joined this tour with a couple of my friends and I had a great time shopping in the shimokitazawa district. Our guide Casey knew all the hidden record shops and was able to buy a few good pieces. Thank you for a great day out!!
I had an amazing time on this vintage shopping tour in Shimokitazawa! Despite the rainy and cold weather, the guide, Casey, made the experience so enjoyable. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the area, taking us to the best hidden thrift shops and charming vintage stores. His passion for the neighborhood’s history and fashion scene really added to the experience. The artistic vibe of Shimokitazawa was still vibrant, even in the rain, and I found some truly unique collectibles. If you love vintage shopping and exploring cool local spots, I highly recommend this tour!
