I came back again to Japan and yes, Tsukiji! I joined this beautiful bento sushi making class with my friend this time! They created a new combination of Tsukiji short tour and the sushi making! Akiko and Masa were tremendous hosts! The walking tour was soo involved and educational and so interesting to learn about! There are so many amazing places to see here between food and trinkets, it was great to be shown around. The sushi making class was wonderful as well! I very much enjoyed my personal tour of the market with AJ. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant to be with. She took me to places that normal tourists would not see.
