Description
Faites le tour de Tokyo à vélo comme un local en explorant les points forts de la ville lors de cette visite de 6 heures/17 miles (27 km). En petit groupe de cinq personnes au maximum, explorez les rues principales animées de la ville, ses rues calmes, ses ruelles serpentantes et ses jolis sentiers cachés. Admirez le sanctuaire Meiji-jingu, le temple Zōjō-ji et le cimetière d'Aoyama, ainsi que des monuments plus modernes tels que les collines Roppongi et les boutiques de créateurs de Ginza. Après un déjeuner au bord de la rivière (à vos frais) terminez votre visite au sommet d'un gratte-ciel.

- En cas de mauvais temps (pluie, canicule, etc.), le vélo peut être annulé et un remboursement complet sera effectué.
- Le guide vous enverra un e-mail si la visite a été annulée avant 7 heures du matin.
- Vous allez acheter vos boîtes à lunch dans une épicerie locale et les mettre dans votre sac à dos. Ensuite, vous le mangerez sur le front de mer qui est à 25min.

One of our top experiences in Tokyo! Gaku was a wonderful guide for me, my husband, and our 17 year old son. It's 18 miles on a regular bike, so it's a good workout but absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!
Family of 5 had a wonderful time riding traditional bikes with Mr. Gaku. Our last holiday bike ride was in Stanley Park (Vancouver), so navigating busy city sidewalks and streets was a completely different, exciting experience! Mr. Gaku was incredibly attentive and ensured we all felt safe pedaling through Ginza. He also shared fantastic insights into local culture and history. It was the perfect private tour for us. Gaku (Gakuto Miura) was our guide and this was EASILY THE BEST PART OF OUR TOKYO TRIP! We covered all the main Temples, shrines, Imperial Palace, and rode through back streets and busy intersections. We grabbed lunch at a local grocery store continuing on to eat at the Harbor. It was awesome. I had my two teenage kids with me. We made frequent stops for hydration breaks but 17 miles in 94F heat was so much fun because our guide made sure to pause often (plus he provided neck ice packs while we rode so we stayed cool in the hot temps. Highlights: Yoyogi Shrine then bike ride to Yoyogi Park nice and shaded Zozoji shrine imperial Palace Nissan crossing, Shinjuku, Tokyo Gov Building w 55 seconds elevator ride up to the observatory. Great pics feom the top and what a fun way to see Tokyo!!
The tour was okay, we enjoyed the places we went to in Tokyo. However, our guide Gaku either wasn’t very knowledgeable or didn’t feel like sharing information with us on the day we did the tour. We were trying to ask questions but got little information back. We’ve been on tours where the guides are so enthusiastic and passionate about the city they’re touring so were disappointed.
This was a lovely bike tour filled with local knowledge, history, great tips, and fun biking! I highly recommend for solo travelers, couples, or families. The cost is very valuable, and I would suggest to do this activity on your trip. The bikes provided are very clean, useful, and sophisticated, but still comfortable for all riders from beginners to cyclists. Doing this ride in June, the weather was hot so be sure to pack UV protection, cover your skin to prevent burn, and wear sunglasses. Bring a water bottle, but Gaku also offered to refill our water bottles as he packed extra. There are plenty of breaks built into the stops along the route. The route is very well planned and every spot I wanted to see we spent good time. Nothing was rushed. Gaku has vast knowledge, and answered each of my questions with lots of information. He also takes photos of the riders along the way so no need to fuss with selfie sticks. I would do this ride again, because there is so much going on in the city, we would turn a corner and there would be a parade, celebration, or ceremonial event taking place. Additionally, this is a new way to see Tokyo even if you have been before. It gave me confidence to explore less "touristy" spots. Gaku also gave recommendations for Sapporo the next stop on my trip, and suggestions for future visits. It's hard to imagine a trip to Tokyo without this tour.
What an excellent way to get introduced to Tokyo! I love cycling, so this was definitely for me. We hit a LOT of sites and made a good circuit of the city, and it was great to have a guide for Roppongi Hills and Meiji Jingu, though my wife wished Gaku our guide talked more about the culture and the sites without having to be asked. I found him friendly, personable, and happy to explain all sorts of things. If I went to Tokyo with biking friends, I'd book his tour again as our first day activity. It ticked a lot of things off our to-do list and made planning the rest much easier.

We loved biking all around the city and getting a broad overview of Tokyo. Gaku was a terrific guide and was so great with keeping us safe and together as a group. Be sure you are comfortable biking in traffic, and there are only a few hills, nothing too bad. I highly recommend this tour.

This is absolutely the greatest thing we have done in Japan. Gaku was very fluent in English & was the best host/guide ever! We did 17 miles around the city & hit parks, shrines, had lunch at the Tokyo Harbor. We love you Gaku! Thanks for the wonderful time!
