Citadelle de Salah El-Din – Visite rapide Bienvenue dans la Citadelle de Salah El-Din, construite en 1176 après JC par le Sultan Salah El-Din pour protéger Le Caire. Situé sur la colline de Mokattam, il offre une vue imprenable sur la ville. Faits saillants Mosquée Muhammad Ali (Mosquée Albâtre) : style ottoman, grand dôme, grands minarets. I highly discourage using this operator. Beware of them! Our experience with them was very bad. We paid €150 (for 3 people) for a tour with a licensed, professional guide as clearly stated in our reservation. Instead, we were assigned a young boy who spoke very little Italian and had zero experience and above all zero knowledge of the Cairo Museum, the mosque, and the other attractions. As soon as we arrived at the Cairo Museum with this supposed 'guide' (who was clearly just an escort rather than a licensed tour guide), we realized something was wrong. When we complained, the guy seemed completely lost, so I contacted the provider via WhatsApp. At first, they insisted he was our guide, but after more than 45 minutes of messages and waiting at the museum, they finally sent a real guide. Unfortunately, the exact same problem happened again at the mosque. We had to hire a guide ourselves because the escort told us he couldn't pay for one. After that, we decided to continue visiting the Coptic Quarter on our own. Later, the provider offered us the return transfer with the same driver, who was still nearby, so we accepted and went back to the hotel. However, when I returned to the hotel that evening, I realized that our WhatsApp conversation had disappeared, as the 'disappearing messages' feature had been deliberately enabled by them. We reported the whole matter to Booking.com, where we originally booked the activity (indirectly supplied through the provider's website, Viator). Booking.com understood this was a scam, or at least a completely dishonest and non-transparent service. However, when they contacted 'Go to Egypt', the operator provided untruthful explanations and refused to issue even a partial refund. Therefore I highly discourage using this operator.

We would like to clarify that the delay at the Egyptian Museum was caused by an unexpected situation with museum security. Our guide was present, but security requested an additional entrance fee for the guide, while his wallet and personal belongings had been left in the vehicle with the driver. Rather than making you wait any longer, we immediately arranged another licensed Italian-speaking guide at our own expense so that your museum visit could continue without further delay. Once the museum visit was completed, our original guide continued accompanying you for the rest of the tour. As a sincere apology for the inconvenience, we personally provided complimentary bottled water, juice, and a shawarma sandwich, although these were not included in your booking. When it was time to continue to Khan El Khalili Bazaar, you informed us that the weather was too hot and that you were too tired to continue, so you requested to return to your hotel. We fully respected your decision and arranged your transfer back. We also respectfully disagree with the statement that our service was dishonest or a scam. The situation resulted from an unexpected misunderstanding between museum security and our guide, and we did everything possible to resolve it quickly while ensuring your tour could continue. After the tour, we also attempted to remain in contact to discuss a goodwill partial compensation for the inconvenience, but unfortunately we were unable to continue the conversation. We sincerely regret that your experience did not reflect the high standard of service we aim to provide. We value every guest and remain committed to delivering professional, transparent, and memorable experiences to all visitors to Egypt.

The experience was comfortable; they took us around. They explained many things about the culture and history and took us to different places. Rana was very kind, and the tour included a very good lunch. The tour covered several locations and was somewhat quick, but overall it was good.

Hello Osama, sorry for the late reply, I didn't have time to deal with it yesterday ! Here's my review: I'm traveling alone in Egypt and I chose Osama's services to accompany me to visit the three pyramid sites near Cairo :Giza, Saqqara, and Dahshur. A taxi picked me up at 8:00 AM directly from my hotel, and Osama was waiting for me at the entrance to the Giza site. Communication was very smooth, Osama is very kind, and we were able to see some truly beautiful things. I particularly enjoyed the pyramids of Dahshur. I'm glad I had a guide, it allowed me to find my way around easily and appreciate these magnificent monuments ! The driver was also a very good driver. I felt safe. I highly recommend choosing Osama and this tour to visit the pyramids.
