Fantastic Cinque Terre tour! The guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept everything well organised, making the day enjoyable and stress-free. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, and we learned so much about each village
Valerie was on time and greeted us with a smile and ready to take us on our adventure. Her knowledge on the way there of the surrounding cities was wonderful. Everything was clearly explained, the time in each city was perfect and she gave us great tips for what to do, where to eat and what to see! You get options to follow her for great sights or go on your own adventure. Highly recommend and hope it get Valerie. She was great and made our experience even better! I can’t say it enough.
Our trip by Come see Italy: Tours In Tuscany was set-up by Hotel Ilaria when we requested the Day trip to Cinque Terre. The trip did not disappoint. All arrangements were aligned with expectations and our expectations met by all parties. Luigi, our guide, made sure that everything was explained and that my two teenaged daughters requirements were accommodated for both in group discussions and then on a 1-2-1 basis as we were going around the tour. The villages are unique and worthy of a visit in this part of Italy. Remember to take your bathing kit and towel as the weather and the water will demand that you take a dip: just remember to take your iphone out of your pockets when you do - Monterosso al Mare now donated my youngest daughters phone to Neptune… We highly recommend this well organised and memorable trip laid on by Come see Italy: Tours In Tuscany. Thank you Hotel Ilaria and Luigi.
Our guide was very knowledgeable, the scenery was remarkable, and the tour organisation was precise and accurate. A very good day all round.
Valery was very friendly, informative & ensured we had an excellent day out. Her local knowledge was exceptional & helped us to understand the history & culture. Great advice over food & drink too.
Very well organized. Very well organized. Hard for all seven to hear everything. Valerie was a local guide, anticipated our needs, was great.
Had a great day out exploring Cinque Terre with our friendly and informative guide Luigi. Would definitely recommend.
Luigi was an excellent guide on our visit to Cinque Terra. He was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, kind, and always on time. His friendly manner made it a very pleasurable visit. The Cinque Terra area itself is gorgeous—an extremely beautiful area, & it was a fun and a worthwhile tour of 3 of the towns. If I had known, I would have worn a bathing suit because the final town visited even has a beach! The boats taken to each town are actually ferries.
Our guide Luigi was very knowledgeable, well organized and made the whole trip most enjoyable. I would highly recommend.
Luigi was a great guide! Very helpful as we navigated the movement from van to train to train to van. My only disappointment was that the ferries weren't running because of high waves. (Calm sunny day so who knew?) We've been visiting lots of small Tuscan towns over the past week, and the uniqueness of the Cinque Terre towns is how they look from the sea. Up close, they are nice-though-touristy, but not unique. I mention this simply as a heads-up to others considering any trip to Cinque Terre.
