La tyrolienne Beast au parc aventure Toroverde à Porto Rico

We were really excited about this activity but it was not the way we expected it to be. I want to start off by saying that the gentleman at the front desk was incredibly helpful with our main issue. The bigger problems began after that. For starters the helmets cameras were not working and they didn’t have anything else to provide us to record which was very upsetting since it was a view we wanted a video of, they also didn’t allow a change in the activity to one that had working cameras, and a discount wasn’t even offered. Second the suits they had us put in had a terrible, foul, disgusting smell that made some of us sick and wanted to vomit. As soon as our activity was over we removed the equipment immediately! When we return to turn in the items the young lady with a very terrible attitude told us to not remove them, we tried to explain how the foul smell was making us sick and she could have cared less. My friends and I will no longer be booking with this place.

This is not at all advertised well. The actual zipline is two minutes long when they advertise it to be like an hour. Also, we spent majority of our time sitting and waiting for a shuttle to pick us up. Overall, it was not worth the money at all. The staff was super nice though.

This was great! The zip line was very fast and provided beautiful scenery. The staff was very helpful and efficient.

Cool zip line. Make sure to book the correct one. Staff is unfriendly. Both of the top zip lines are named similar. Beast, Monster. One being much better than the other. This place has horrible drivers that almost knock you off of the truck as they’re transporting you to the zip line platforms. This place does NOT have lockers or a place to store your valuables… (wallet, phones, etc). They asked us to put them in a paper bag and leave them in the front desk. Not a great idea in my opinion. Venue is about 90 minutes from the city, has absolutely no cell phone reception so catching a ride share is impossible. Luckily our driver asked us if we wanted him to wait for us otherwise we would have been stranded!!!

Great experience, so much fun I thought it was gonna be scary but it was actually so great!!!!!!!!!!

Wonderful experience. Very friendly staff. Not easy to get to from San Juan but worth it. I wish I had done more of the zip lines.

Had a great time definitely worth the money and the experience was amazing too. Will do it again until next time go Puerto Rico!!!!

Excellent. Was done in 2 min drive but gives wow experience. Should try atleast once with your family 👌
