Our driver was so helpful. He had a very tough assignment getting us from Southampton to London. A lot of the roads had been closed for a marathon and the M4 was closed and diverting traffic. He took all the detours and would point out sites along the way. Would highly recommend

Requested cancellation on Viator website 2 days before tour, see screen shot. Also notified tour operator 3 days prior to tour and 2 times after that. Viator said the driver showed up to pick up site, therefor no refund. Because Viator did not notify the tour service of the cancellation is not my problem.
