Le Palais d'Hiver du Bogd Khan, ou Musée du Palais Bogd Khan, est un complexe muséal situé à Oulan-Bator, en Mongolie. Il faisait partie d'un complexe plus vaste appelé le « Palais Vert », une résidence impériale du huitième Jebtsundamba Khutughtu, qui fut plus tard proclamé Bogd Khan, ou souverain de Mongolie.
Zaisan Hill Ce haut monument en face de la ville offre les meilleures vues sur Oulan-Bator et la nature environnante. Les grands monuments sur le sommet de la colline ont été érigés pour la mémoire des soldats morts pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale.
Gengis Khan Statue Complex, est une statue en acier inoxydable de 40 mètres de haut représentant Gengis Khan à cheval et la plus haute statue équestre du monde.2] Il est situé sur la rive de la rivière Tuul à Tsonjin Boldog, à 54 km à l'est de la capitale mongole Oulan-Bator, où, selon la légende, il aurait trouvé un fouet doré. La statue est symboliquement pointée vers l'est en direction de son lieu de naissance. Il se trouve au sommet du complexe de statues de Gengis Khan, un centre d'accueil, lui-même haut de 10 mètres, avec 36 colonnes représentant les 36 khans de Gengis à Ligdan Khan. Il a été conçu par le sculpteur D. Erdenebileg et l'architecte J. Enkhjargal et érigé et ouvert en 2008 pour honorer le 800e anniversaire de la fondation de l'Empire mongol.
Gorkhi-Terelj est l'un des parcs nationaux de Mongolie, à 55 km au nord-est de la ville d'Oulan-Bator. Contrairement aux steppes voisines, il possède des montagnes et des arbres, y compris de grands peuplements de tamaracks qui deviennent dorés à l'automne. Le parc a un magnifique paysage alpin, de nombreuses formations rocheuses pour les grimpeurs, et comprend une célèbre formation nommée Turtle Rock (Melkhii Khad) pour la forme qu'il ressemble.
Arya Bal Meditation Temple Randonnée L'un des plus beaux endroits du parc national de Gorkhi-Terelj en dehors de sa nature est le temple Aryabal. Ce temple caché dans les montagnes est situé près de Turtle Rock, à 56 km de la ville d'Oulan-Bator. Zones environnantes attraction pleine de formations de granit situé au milieu de vallées et de collines pittoresques avec une rivière sinueuse et des bosquets d'arbres.

Veuillez indiquer votre lieu de prise en charge au moins 24 heures à l'avance. - Pour la visite conjointe, rendez-vous au Grand Magasin d'Oulan-Bator. Dans certains cas, il peut être confondu avec le Grand Magasin d'État, assurez-vous donc que le bon point de rencontre est le Grand Magasin d'Oulan-Bator.

I have to rate this trip on two levels. Firstly, beautiful views and interesting places to see. It's a completely different side of Mongolia than the monotonous steppes. Secondly, judging by the organization, I'd probably look for a different tour operator. The guide was terrible and didn't tell us anything. He arrived late in the morning, so no one knew where the bus was or whether we should get on or off because the driver spoke only Mongolian. The guy arrived without even saying hello, didn't check the list, got on the bus, and we left. Throughout the entire trip, he limited himself to saying things like, "You have 40 minutes," without even mentioning where we were. So, basically, this trip is just a transfer from point A to point B. You have to pay for all entrance fees, even though they're not listed anywhere.
The pick up was easy to find and despite this not being a guided trip there was still an English speaking guide to tell us where we would be and how long we had at each place and to ensure we knew where to go. Started off at the Bogd Khan museum which looked great but with only half an hr there I didn't want to rush it. But if you are short on time do it. Next up the monument and lookout over the city which was great. There is a lift to take you about 2/3 of the way up so you don’t have to walk all the stairs. Next my favourite the Genghis Khan statue and complex out of the city. This 40ft+ statue is amazing and I loved it. We had a good amount of time here to see it and explore. Then into the National park to wander around turtle rock and up to see the Buddhist monastary. Both of which are pretty neat to get to see. I enjoyed the day and would recommend it though it is a long day and you will need to pay the entrance fees and lunch/food on top of the cost of this trip. But I still think it was worth it. Would actually rate it 3.5 stars
There is a fair bit in this day tour but I still ejoyed it. The Bogd Khan palace I didn't think I really had enough time to do it properly so didn't go in, but enjoyed walking the steps up to the Zaisal monument and look out. The genghis khan statue is what I wanted to see and had good time to check it out. The national park was a bonus so enjoyed checking out turtle rock and the Buddhist meditation centre. Great view around d the valley. You pay your own tickets but for the price you pay for the tour I thought it was worth it. I enjoyed my day even though it was a long one.
Even in July the weather here is cold and windy. Bring your jacket just in case. The tour guide, Michelle(?) was excellent. She has informed us when to come back to the bus for the next destination, and was very accommodating. Not like other more expensive tours which collects all of the admission fees and the expenses up front whether you like it or not, this tour let us decide whether or not we want to participate at certain attractions or not. I recommend this tour to everyone who likes freedom and free-spirited. Thank you Michelle!
My experience was simply perfect, starting with the punctual exit from the meeting point. We had a problem at the end of the tour that prevented us from visiting the last attraction, but in contact with the service provider I got a reservation for the next day for free and so I was able to visit all the attractions of the tour. Super recommended.
There were only 2 of us tourists in this trip. One is from Korea and me from Canada. I was expecting a big group but it ended up like a private tour with iur very efficient driver. Our way of communication was through a translator, google and bixby. We explored so much from Chingis Khan statue, to the Peace monument overlooking Ulaanbaatar City, to Terejl Park, visiting the Monastery and Temple and climbing up to the top of Turtle Rock where a great scenic crevice is worth a paniramic view. Super enjoyed this tour. Im happy also to have tasted Mongolian lunch inside a tent. I would love to come again here. Mongolia has so much to offer. I ended up buying a lot of Mongolian collection from the monastery, their paintings and accessories. I want meet again that merchant at the foot of the monastery temple whose winter coat I bought. He was very fatherly and kind. Mongolia leaves an impact on me with the people's hospitality and kindness. I invite everyone to visit this country especially Ulaanbaatar and avail of this tour. I was anxious not to hear from you the day before I booked, but I joined on time and enjoyed the tour full of highlights. It was a self-paced tour, with no hassle of listening to the guides as it was only a driving service. It's the best cosplay.
