Vous serez transféré depuis votre hôtel de Siem Reap dans un confortable véhicule climatisé, directement vers les ruines. Pendant que vous roulez vers Angkor Wat, vous en apprendrez plus sur son histoire de plus grand monument religieux du monde, avec son architecture hindou-bouddhiste dont la construction a pris 30 ans. Suivez votre guide à l'intérieur, observez la construction complexe en pierres pendant que vous flânez dans les galeries très bien entretenues.
Ce site majestueux servit autrefois d'éblouissante capitale de l'Empire Khmer. Prenez un moment pour examiner sa splendeur avant de vous aventurer à l'intérieur de la ville.

En arrivant au temple de Bayon, appréciez ses superbes tours centrales ornées de plus de 200 énormes visages.
Passez par le célèbre terrasse du Roi lépreux, et la Terrasse de l'éléphant.
Profitez d'un déjeuner et reposez-vous dans l'un restaurants khmers locaux à proximité de Srah Srang (déjeuner non inclus).
Après le déjeuner, allez visiter le temple de Ta Prohm, en plein milieu de la jungle. Flânez dans le labyrinthe de ruines de ce lieu de culte, en vous émerveillant devant les figuiers qui menacent d'engloutir l'édifice. Appréciez la brise fraîche de fin d'après-midi et profitez de la paisible atmosphère rurale avant de rentrer à votre hôtel.

Had a really brilliant day visiting the amazing temples of Ankor largely thanks to our excellent guide Sak who was not only extremely knowledgeable and courteous but also very considerate with a great sense of humour. Cannot recommend him highly enough. Special mention too to our driver Vichet who was always on hand with chilled water and much needed cooling face towels. If you’re thinking of booking a day trip or longer to visit the temples then Sak and Vichet should come top of your list!

Our family took a private tour of several temples including Ta Prohm ( the jungle temple) and of course Angkor Wat with our guide Bun and driver Sambath from Journey Cambodia. The tour was split into a morning portion followed by a rest at our hotel and then a late afternoon portion. The way that Bun split it up for us allowed us to avoid the midday heat and also avoid our kids getting restless! Bun was very knowledgeable about the temples as well as about modern Cambodian history and was an engaging guide. He also has a great eye for photos and got some great family shots for us. I normally wouldn't think to comment on drivers but Sambath was so helpful and kind. He always had cold towels, cold water and a smile waiting for us as we arrived back at the vehicle after each stop.

Pal Saruon led us to really great spots and found the best photo subjects. There was a lot of interesting and useful information about it, without it ever appearing dry. Driver Vrak was super reliable, quiet and knows the paths perfectly – and the air-conditioned minibus picked us up comfortably and brought us back safely. Always cold water was a real plus in view of the heat. Very sympathetic, relaxed and highly recommended!

We had a great day with Sok. He gave us a full explanation of recent and ancient history and pointed out many interesting points of note on the bas-relief sculptures. I wished my knowledge of Hindu Gods was better as I got a bit lost with all the stories! On a practical side the transport, lunch etc were all very good, and he suggested good places to take photos.

Bun is a fantastic good guide who speaks the English language excellently, explained everything perfectly and was very helpful in climbing the three temple complexes visited.

The guide was called So and he explained everything very well in English. The Driver Naro drove us to all the important spots and provided us with cooling cloths and cold water between stops.

I had an amazing day with the guide Bun and the driver Sheya in Angkor! Our group was not that big with only 7 people and they took really good care of us. The guide Bun told us so much insightful stories about the history of the places and led us, besides the main highlights, to less crowded corners where we really could enjoy the atmosphere. Everything was very well organized and they even waited for us to see the sunset. Very very good value for the money. I can highly RECOMMEND the tour operator as well as Bun and Sheya in particular!
