Prise en charge depuis le terminal ou l'hôtel de votre choix. Tous les membres du groupe doivent être récupérés au même endroit en même temps. Le service doit être réservé au moins 24h avant l'heure de prise en charge. 15 minutes pour les transferts locaux et 30 minutes pour les transferts à l'aéroport sont incluses dans le prix (à compter de l'heure de prise en charge prévue - veuillez lire nos conditions générales), après quoi nous facturons des frais d'attente et de stationnement supplémentaires, le cas échéant. IMPORTANT! Veuillez vous assurer que votre téléphone est allumé et que vous êtes disponible pour recevoir des appels au moment de la collecte en utilisant le numéro fourni lors de la réservation. Si vous ne le faites pas, votre réservation pourrait être marquée comme non-présentation du client au cas où nous ne pourrions pas vous localiser au lieu de prise en charge. REMARQUE : 1 gros bagage signifie jusqu'à 20 kg maximum (la taille L (75) mesure MAX 75 x 51 x 28 cm), 1 petit bagage signifie un bagage à main jusqu'à 10 kg. (La taille S (50) mesure MAX 55x40x20 cm.)

Booked Umbrella Transfers to pick me and my son up after a concert at Tottenham Stadium to take us back to Gatwick Airport. They were great throughout the whole experience, easy to book online, amazingly reasonable prices, and very accommodating when we needed to make some slight adjustments to the booking, very easy to contact via the chat function on the website. Easy to track the driver so you can see when they will arrive. The driver was very courteous and got us back safely. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again.
I ordered meet and greet service for my friend for 5.30pm. Driver called me 4.45pm said he is there, and parking is expensive. Asked if my friend can meet him at the parking lot. Once he met my friend 5.30pm sharp, he didn’t help her with luggage and didn’t find his car from parking lot. Name of driver was Abdul.
Reliable pickup. Driver was holding a sign with my name at Pret a Manger and he was very friendly. He drove us in a Mercedes van, very Spacious.

Driver was rude. When we asked where was Icelandair drop off at airport, he told us we had to find it on our own. He only had to drop us off at North tower. Would prefer someone who can tell us where to go and not just drop us off and pull off.
