Notre visite vous emmène à travers le quartier historique et animé de M'sallah, la vieille ville et la Kasbah, située au cœur de Tanger, connue pour son architecture traditionnelle et ses ruelles étroites. Vous visiterez les marchés locaux et observerez les vendeurs de produits frais, les artisans et la véritable vie communautaire en action. En plus des différentes dégustations dont votre groupe profitera, votre guide discutera de l'histoire, de la culture, des traditions et du mode de vie en général. Tanger Food Tour est également conçu pour s'adapter à vos restrictions alimentaires (végétariens, sans gluten, sans lactose, etc.). Rendez-vous à Sour Meêgazine après le briefing pour vous rendre à la vieille médina de Tanger à partir d’un des marchés les plus anciens de la ville. Vous y dégusterez des spécialités locales comme le fromage, des fruits frais et la pâtisserie marocaine. .. marcher entre les rues étroites de la ville est une expérience amusante, surtout avec un guide passionné. Continuez vers Alkasbah et prenez une tasse de thé à la menthe avec du beurre de pain fraîchement cuit et du miel, prenez votre temps avec un frisson en entendant le bruit de l'eau, puis allez faire une petite promenade au restaurant et dégustez un repas à 3 plats avec vue sur la terrasse. d'un restaurant local, votre dessert est ensuite programmé au café Elhafa.

We tried different foods (I particularly appreciate the "hole on the walls" kind of places), while having everything beautifully tied with history and stories about the city and even visiting some local crafts places that just took the experience really to another level! We had the absolute pleasure of exploring Tangier’s culinary gems with Rabab, our guide. From the moment we met her, her warmth and friendliness set the tone for a relaxed and engaging experience. Rabab was an amazing guide, she took us to the local markets away from the tourist areas so we could experience the real local cuisine. We has such a great time and enjoyed so much food. We especially loved the swordfish tagine.

We took this food tour with Mohammed, a kind and knowledgeable young guide. There were only the 2 of us on the tour, this allowed us to go even deeper in the culture as well, indeed Mohammed replied to all our curiosities about life here apart from the food ones. Our gluten free request (my boyfriend is celiac) was met. The highlight for us was the visit to the fruit and vegetables market and especially the one to the fish and meet market, quite impressing for us. Overall, highly recommended tour :)

My husband and I traveled with my in-laws to Tangier on 21/3/23 and met our guide Mohammed for a food tour. We couldn’t have asked for a better tour and guide during our time in Morocco. Mohammed took us to places tourists would never be able to find, and most importantly showed us everyday life of Moroccans by walking us through the markets and neighborhoods and all around the Medina. Mohammed was very knowledgeable and gave us loads of history which our group loved. We had a variety of good snacks and traditional food throughout the day ( do not eat before this tour). I would highly recommend Mohammed to anyone visiting Tangier or Morocco, he helped make our day stress-free and gave us an unforgettable experience. Thanks Mohammed!
