Great choices to see a lot for the first time there.
It is definately financially worth getting. I was able to visit Bush Gardens, Tampa Zoo at Lowery, Florida Aqaurium and Clearwater Marine Aquarium. all with the pass.
All five attractions can be done in a week, but it takes planning. Saw ALOT of animals/sea creatures. The boat ride was fun and only $16 for all you can drink. You will be doing ALOT of walking. We did get to see our favorite animals and even though it was during Spring Break, everything was not overly crowded.
Great value - easily paid for itself in the first 3 selections and you get 5!
We loved the pass for all the things you got to do! Places were beyond busy and dont understand what the hype is about busch gardens however the amount you pay for the pass was well worth it! Dolphin tour was neat and marine was so cool to see!
This is a money saver for vacationers and gives the opportunity to do more and get more for the buck. Enjoyed the dolphins tour. Highly recommend!
The pass was easy to download via the app and saved so much time at attraction entrances as you go straight to the entrance with no queuing for tickets. The Citypass was great value for money as well as we managed to do the three big attractions of Busch Gardens, Tampa Aquarium and Zoo Tampa as well as a two hour boat trip.
If you are a family, do not come to Tampa. The attractions in the city pass are ok, but driving to get to them is crazy! Traffic is terrible in Tampa. Also, you have to book the dolphin cruise, and we couldn't go due to weather in our area, now I didn't cancel we were busy and not thinking about it. We also thought that since they didn't scan our city passes that it wouldn't count against us. Well that was not the case, I called to to let them know we didn't actually go to the dolphin cruise and the City pass representative was so condescending from the beginning. We lost out on one attraction but I was more disturbed by how rude she was for no reason. Though people being rude is a common theme in Tampa. We have traveled many places and have never experienced the level of rude and snobby people that are around Tampa. We had such high hopes for Tampa, but sorely disappeared and we would NOT recommend this city for families. It is NOT family friendly.

Regarding the missed reservation, a reservation does hold a spot, and unfortunately a missed reservation does count as ticket usage. In our app, we include the below for Tropics Boat Tours: Reservations are required and seating is limited. If you cannot make your reserved cruise, contact The Tropic Boat Tours at setsail@thetropicsboattours.com or by text at 727-755-0637 to reschedule. If you miss your cruise without prior cancelation, one of your choice tickets will be considered used for the missed cruise.
What a terrific way to get a taste of Tampa Bay. The only venue not worth the time was the Museum of Science and Industry. It was extremely disappointing. It seemed like a work in progress, with no end game.
We thoroughly enjoyed the city pass! We experienced new attractions for us such as the Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Zoo Tampa and the sunset cruise from Clearwater. We also loved Bush Gardens and their country concert. We would definitely recommend this pass for families!
