Description
Partez à la découverte de Tahiti lors d’une demi-journée d’exploration sur la côte de votre choix. Selon vos envies, optez pour la côte Est, plus sauvage et verdoyante, ou la côte Ouest, réputée pour ses plages et ses couchers de soleil spectaculaires. Si vous choisissez la côte Est, vous serez plongé dans une nature sauvage où les montagnes se jettent dans l’océan. Vous découvrirez la mythique Pointe Vénus et son phare historique, les impressionnantes falaises sculptées par le vent et les vagues, ainsi que les paisibles cascades cachées au cœur de la végétation tropicale. Si vous optez pour la côte Ouest, le voyage vous mènera le long des plages de sable blanc et des lagons aux eaux cristallines. Vous ferez halte aux grottes de Maraa, mystérieuses cavités entourées de verdure, au musée de Tahiti (optionnel), puis poursuivrez jusqu’aux célèbres spots de surf, où les vagues viennent embrasser le récif avec puissance. Et enfin, vous finirez par le Jardin d’eau de Vahipai.

Côte Est. Endroit paradisiaque, comme dans Jurassic Park !! Dépaysement total et immersion en pleine nature. On peut même s’y baigner.
Côte Est. Point de vue sur la rade de Papeete et vue sur Moorea
Côte Ouest. Magnifique musée qui retrace l’histoire de Tahiti et ses îles. Riche en objets historiques et sculptures, ce musée vous apportera toutes les réponses sur Tahiti.
Côte Ouest. Très grottes naturelles dans un cadre verdoyant et luxuriant
Côte Ouest. Les plages de sable blanc sont sur la côte Ouest de l’île. Elles sont naturelles et souvent avec du corail !
Côte Ouest. Magnifique golf international de 18 trous. Vous serez surpris par toute cette verdure et ses montagnes !
Côte Ouest. Magnifique plage de sable noir, quasiment la seule sur la côte Ouest. Endroit splendide qui vous donnera un aperçu du littoral de Tahiti. On peut aussi y voir des surfeurs et en fonction de la période, des baleines !
Côte Ouest. Dernier arrêt. Magnifique parc avec cascade et étendue d’eau. Fleurs, arbres fruitiers, cascade, anguilles… ce parc vous surprendra par sa beauté. Beaucoup de nouveaux mariés y vont faire des photos !

This review is of the second half day of our tour with Maxim I. This tour was of the southern island, Tahiti Iti. Max continued with his enlightenment Tahiti and Polynesia as we toured the southern island. We even learned a few Tahitian words. Max is very accommodating. We had a flight that evening, so we carried out luggage with us. Max saw to it that we got there on time. We drove all the way down the coast of the island to the site of the 2024 Surfing Olympics at Teahupoʻo reef pass. Max was deservedly proud of the fact that there were staged in Tahiti.

Outstanding half day seeing West Coast. Nice variety of sites to visit, including beaches, gardens, waterfalls, and caves. Guide was extremely knowledgable about the history and the vegetation. Guide was very friendly and communicated well.

We cannot recommend this tour enough! It was a great way to see the island without renting a car. We did the four hour, east coast option. Philippe was a wonderful guide, he shared a lot of local insight coupled with humor. Our trip was private and just the four of us in a beautiful AC’d BMW. He picked us up at the hotel directly and was happy to drop us in the city center afterwards when we requested. He has a full day option that also includes a boat ride to see the surfer in the huge waves. We didn’t go this time around but definitely will next time!

Our tour guide and driver, Édouard, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and always had something interesting to tell us. He seemed like an expert on local plants, trees, and flowers as well as pearl production. It was a nice comfortable car with good A!C. He tailored the 1/2 day tour to our liking and was efficient every step of the way. I would recommend this tour and provider. One suggestion is to use name signs at the port for easy identification.

My husband, cousin, his wife and myself went on this tour together. The van was plenty big and super comfortable. Our guide took us to places that were beautiful and explained so many things we saw. He was fantastic. Would strongly recommend this tour.
