Went on the cable car for the first time , great experience, staff were welcoming and friendly and it is very well managed. Cable cars are clean and the view is great. It finishes at 11pm so get there on time to go back across.

Overall the experience was okay. The cost is reasonable, it felt short the ride. It wasn't busy when we went. When you first enter the staff check your tickets and send you upstairs, once we got up the stairs we were confused what we were supposed to do next. I expected there to be a member of staff on top to help us. I found a staff member in the office, I asked him for assistance and he didn't say a single word it was so bizarre, he just pointed to the pod to get on. We got on and didnt realise the doors are automatic, the instructions are practically non-existent. There needs to be clear instructions or at least helpful staff. I had 3 children with me and this made me extremely nervous as the cars don't stop they just slow down for you to get on. There should be announcement to say please stay away from the doors or doors are closing or some sort of sound that let's you know I have been on telefriks in other countries and in more dangerously located ones (on top of mountains and sea) but having someone there to get us on give us some instructions feels more reassuring. As a londoner its okay but if as a tourist this was the experience I would be pretty disappointed.

I recently took a round trip on the IFS Cloud Cable Car, and it was a quick but memorable experience. The views of the surrounding area were really nice, especially seeing London from above—it gives you a different perspective. Since it was my first time, it felt exciting and a bit nerve-wracking. The weather was quite windy, which made the cable car shake a little, and that definitely scared me at first. However, it’s clear that the cabins are very sturdy and designed to be safe, which helped me relax as the ride went on. Overall, it’s something I’d recommend trying at least once. It might not be something you’d do over and over again, but for a first-time experience, it’s definitely worth it.

., My Son And I had wonderful time, It was one of the best experienced ever. We had lovely time enjoying the view with the beautiful weather, what more you could ask for. Nervous at first but filled with joy after 🥰🥰🥰. We promise that we will go again some time and bring more families and friends with us.
