La dégustation se déroulera dans un domaine séculaire qui comprend une forteresse grecque. Vous pourrez profiter d'une visite agréable, en vous promenant dans les vignes et le jardin exotique luxuriant pendant qu'un expert en vin vous guidera à travers une sélection de 4 vins différents représentant la région et les traditions de la Sicile. Vous en apprendrez davantage sur les différents cépages, le sol et les techniques de vinification utilisées pour produire ces vins d'exception. Targetta : Cépage : Catarratto brillant. Couleur jaune paille brillante, avec des notes de fleur d'oranger, de pomme dorée et de pêche, avec de légères notes minérales. Le goût est sec, savoureux et frais. Re Federico : notes de fruits rouges, de fleurs et de vanille. Le goût est doux, équilibré et harmonieux, exprimant une bonne structure et un enveloppement agréable. Damarete Rosato : dense mais fluide, sauvage mais élégant, cohérent mais raffiné. Baronessa di Canseria : parfums de poivre vert avec des notes de griotte, de racine de quinquina et de cuir. Minimum de participants : 2 personnes

Great tour, beautiful property. Tour guide was informative and the wine was good. We even shipped some wine home!
Small group tasting. Maybe 10-12 people max. Takes place at the winery, which is a beautiful property. We walked all over the property getting the history and philosophy of the winemaker. After the facility tour and a small section of the vineyard, we sat for the tasting experience. Generous portions of food to pair with the wines. Julia was our host. She is a very knowledgeable, welcoming person . You can tell she loves her job and knows her wines. The wines were very tasty. This is a great introduction to Sicilian wines. Highly recommend this experience
Cannot recommend this tour enough. There was plenty of detail and we got to see a lot of the vineyard itself and were given plenty of time to explore as well. The location itself is very interesting and stunningly beautiful, with a lot of history. The tasting was great with a lot of variety as well as flexibility to specific tastes if people wanted. There was also the option to purchase additional glasses of wines of our choosing for a very reasonable price. The food was also very good, and much more substantial than we expected. The only issue we had was that we couldn't stay longer. I'd suggest you assume you will be there for at least 2.5 hours, and it is well worth your time. An added bonus was the dog who was lovely and friendly as well as being great fun!

The tour was informative, and the wine and food were both excellent. We ordered a case of the wine to ship home to Australia, we enjoyed it so much! I fully recommend this experience!
Wonderful winery and hosts. The wine was very nice and Italian charcuterie was beyond amazing! Our host was knowledgeable and gave us a comprehensive tour of the grounds and castle! Of course we bought wine and had an awesome day. Don’t hesitate-book this tour!!
