I am requesting a full refund because the driver, Patrico, never arrived at the agreed collection point at the rescheduled pickup time. I changed the reservation time in advance through the booking, and I have screenshots confirming the change. I waited at the agreed location, but the driver did not show up and I was unable to participate in the tour. As the service I paid for was not provided, I believe I am entitled to a full refund. I am happy to provide my screenshots as evidence if required.

The experience was great, but when we showed up at 10:00am for our scheduled swim with the pigs visit, it was completely gated up and said closed. It was not until 15 minutes later any workers showed up. Once we got in, they told us that we cannot start the excursion until the group on the boat arrives, which would be a 1.5 hour wait. Luckily, some others came so we could do it early but without them we would have sat there and waited. The actual pig event was a blast, but POOR communication on everyone’s end about everything. Don’t trust anything on Viator website. They are not affiliated with them at all besides purchasing the ticket. Also when you call the actual company, nobody is helpful. They will change their hours and cancel them all the time.
My family and I had an amazing experience swimming with the pigs! They had every kind imaginable — big pigs, medium pigs, little pigs, baby pigs, black pigs, brown pigs, pink pigs, and even spotted pigs. You get to feed them apples while in the water, play with them along the shore, spend time with them near their pens, and even hold the baby pigs. They give you plenty of time to take pictures and videos, so you never feel rushed. The guides were fantastic — friendly, informative, and made the entire experience fun and comfortable. Their sense of humor definitely added to the experience too! One small tip: unless you have very tough feet, I’d highly recommend wearing swim shoes. The rocks in the shallow water feel like walking on Legos. The excursion is also connected to Cleveland's Beach Club, a beachfront bar and restaurant where you can relax afterward with drinks and delicious Bahamian cuisine. Overall, it was a memorable experience for the whole family, and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the Bahamas.
The pigs excursion was fun if you know what to expect. There are about 5 big pigs and 2 piglets. They are not roaming around freely, but when they are released from their holding area, they do swim out to your tour group in the ocean (water is less than waist high). We had a miscommunication on start time, but the tour company rectified our issue and we had a great time!
Creative Eco Adventures & Tours eas amazing. Great excursion. Swimming with the pigs was fantastic!
My daughter and I had a great time swimming and interacting with the pigs and the handlers. The pigs were so excited for their treats and were happy and healthy. We even got to hangout with piglets!! So adorable and sweet! The handlers were knowledgeable and clearly enjoy the pigs and all of their different personalities. Know that these are animals and are excited for snacks, so if you are not an animal lover or don’t understand general animal behavior, then this is not the experience for you.
Poor communication no one turned up to collect us spoke to a lady from same company who phoned and was told it was cancelled as not enough people but no one informed us. Very disappointed and angry with this as was really looking forward to this trip and left with nothing booked for the day so had to pay again for a taxi to go out of port and did get to see the pigs. Terrible service terrible communications. Let’s see how long it takes to get a refund now 😡
The instructions for meeting for this excursion were not clear. There was not a specific meeting spot given and the google maps was not working. We had to call the company and it was very confusing getting things situated. The experience with the pigs was fun. It was exciting to be able to see the pigs up close and feed & pet them. The staff was friendly and informative. We had the opportunity to take pictures as well. The beach is beautiful, but there are no beach chairs, only benches and tables which aren't very comfortable. Once the pig experience is complete we had to wait another 2 hours to leave, so not having beach chairs was not fun. There was not much else to do but a volleyball net and you could purchase food and drinks.
Poor swimming pigs! They were confined and ushered to greet us so they could get some apples on a scewer...they didn't swim at all and obviously were not looking forward to being held. I didn't feel good seeing where they lived and generally the whole idea was wrong. Maybe they are wild pigs somewhere else and maybe they do swim up to see people and get some apples on their own free will. Not here, though. Oreo was the star and looked well enough! Some of the rest did not appear in such a great shape. I would not have gone knowing all of this in advance. Sorry to say!
I booked swimming with pigs in the Bahamas, unfortunately it was not possible to use the service to be picked up from the hotel, it was not possible to enter the hotel.,I got about 10 emails from TripAdvisor but I could not make contact my emails came back as undeliverable in part or were not answered.. I then got in touch with the provider in the Bahamas himself, who explained to me that the event is not taking place that day that he trip.... has communicated ,which has not been forwarded to me, I was then offered a replacement appointment that I unfortunately could not attend
