Such an amazing week surfing in Tamarindo with Mariano! As a beginner, the lessons were the perfect blend of learning the basics, building confidence, and pushing beyond our comfort zones to see what we could achieve and learn from. Mariano provided feedback after every wave, made sure everyone had equal 1:1 teaching time, and created an environment where the lessons were both challenging and genuinely fun to be a part of. Would highly recommend!
Mariano and Grace are actually the best! I came out of my trip totally comfortable on all sorts of boards and excited to try on my own. The advice they give and the help in the water is nothing short of amazing.
Mariano is a damn good surfer and because of his nature I learned more from surfing in 3 days than last year in 7 days surf camp! He is a huge recommendation on my part!

My Husband and I took a private surf lesson with Mariano and the whole experience was amazing! We were both beginners at surfing, but by the end of the lesson we were catching every wave and having a blast! I would definitely suggest a private lesson with Mariano, he teaches on land, and then teaches the technique in the water between surf. If you want to learn faster and catch more waves, do a private session with him. What a great experience, thank you, Mariano!!!
