Continuez à visiter Summer Palace, l'un des plus grands jardins impériaux de Chine. Summer Palace était à l'origine un jardin royal et un palais d'habitation temporaire pour les empereurs de la dynastie Qing, Son prédécesseur était le jardin des ondulations claires (Qingyiyuan) commencé en 1750 et incendié par les troupes alliées britanniques et Françaises en 1860.

We had an amazing experience with our tour guide during my trip to China. What really stood out was how knowledgeable and passionate Roy has about Chinese history—he didn’t just share facts, but told stories that made each place come alive. We learned so much more than expected, from historical landmarks to everyday cultural insights. Another highlight was the food. Instead of bringing us to typical tourist spots, they introduced us to authentic local eateries and dishes we would never have found on my own. Every meal felt like a new discovery and gave us a deeper appreciation of the local culture. On top of that, Roy is very patient, friendly, and attentive to our needs, making the whole journey smooth and enjoyable. We truly felt taken care of throughout the trip.
Roy is a very pleasant, kind and nice tour guy. He understands China history and explains that very well. Our family took a private tour to the Great Wall with him. We like him so much we took another private walking tour with him. He speaks English very well almost without any accent. His communication skills is great, always answering text promptly. We were sad after the tour, he became a good friend. I strongly recommend Roy for any tour
Absolutely amazing guided tour. Two hours of passionate story telling and anecdotes shared by Roy Li. If we had visited the palace alone, it would have been just a walk into the crowd. Instead, we walked with bright eyes waiting for another surprising gem of Roy's surprising knowledge.

He told me the interesting stories about the emperors of the summer palace and made the tour interactive. He also made good suggestions for the rest of the afternoon. Great day with Roy! I enjoyed the tour through the Summer Palace a lot! Roy made it fun and interactive. His English is really really good and easy to understand. The background given was a perfect mix of history and fun facts. Earlier that day I also did the Hutong tour with Roy and that was equally as great! Strongly recommend to do any tour with Roy. Most enjoying tour of the summer palace. Our guide Roy must be one if the best tour guide I experienced He was very entaining and knowledge not just the Palace but open to all questions regarding all aspects of china history . Very friendly, and excellent English . Highly recommend
As a female solo traveller, this was the perfect walking tour - Roy was friendly and full of information, he made the tour so interesting through quizzing us and his sense of humour. I would highly recommend if you want to learn more about history and really understand the place. He also always offers to take photos and answer any more questions.
The guide waited for us at the subway station as it was written on information. He was very polite and humorous. He explained a lot things and told us a lot about Chinese history.
