My son and I have been on a handful of ghost tours across the east coast and I can honestly say I’ll be recommending Alyssa our tour guide to all of our friends and family in the area. Take water. The guide was very knowledgeable about the subject. She reviewed the history of the treasure coast as well as the ghostly history.

Unfortunately, it was pouring rain for our tour at 8 PM. We called and inquired about a refund and were told there are no such things as refunds for inclement weather. We also got several text messages that were marine, advisory warnings stating you should seek shelter and stay out of the rain due to lightning strikes. But the company refused to reimburse us and unfortunately it was our last day in town so we were unable to reschedule. We showed up at the location and our tour guide was standing outside in the pouring rain with a single umbrella. She stated that the website was recently redone, and that the warning that this tour occurs in rain or shine may have been removed. I can tell you there was no warning on the TripAdvisor website. Just to be clear this is a walking tour not that that is mentioned anywhere on tripadvisor either but assumed. So it would’ve been an hour walking in the rain when there were warnings to stay inside due to excessive lightning strikes in the area. At this point we are out $130. We really were excited to do this tour as it got some great reviews. But when you have a child and two people in their 80s and warnings to stay inside due the lightning strikes, I feel that circumstances should be taken into account for a full refund.

The view was great enjoyed all the places we went. CC was fun and enjoyed my time with her. We took some pictures. The one at the theater showed a lot of activity. The one corner where CC took us to made my chest hurt. When we moved on my just was fine. Great time I do this again.

Cici was our tour guide and she was absolutely wonderful! My wife and I have made it a tradition to go on ghost tours to places we travel. This was one of the best ones because of Cici. She was so personable and made the experience very enjoyable for us. It was just my wife and I, so she told us all the fun horror stories, but also told us how she edits them for younger audiences.

Viator took my money and never confirmed the date. After I called Ghost Tours directly, it got confirmed for that evening. Then Ghost Tours called to say there was no tour guide available, and cancelled. Then I was told to contact viator for a refund. Viator has no phone number on their website.
