Nous commencerons cette visite devant la porte d'entrée du Gran Hotel Bolivar, face à la Plaza San Martin, avec quelques visites touristiques, avant de nous rendre dans un bar local où nous dégusterons du tamal accompagné d'emoliente et d'un shot de pisco.
Nous traverserons l'une des rues commerçantes les plus emblématiques de Lima
Le plus grand marché de Lima ! Découvrez la biodiversité du Pérou et dégustez quelques fruits.
Voir la basilique San Francisco de l'extérieur
On ne peut pas aller au centre historique sans prendre quelques photos de la Plaza de Armas et de ses environs. Tout simplement magnifique.

We booked the Exquisito Street Food, Market and Old Eateries Tour while visiting Lima, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. We’ve done food tours all over the world, so our expectations were high, but Valeria absolutely delivered. All seven stops were excellent. Nothing felt repetitive or like filler, and every tasting added something new to our understanding of Peruvian cuisine. Beyond the food itself, Valeria provided fantastic historical and cultural context that made the experience feel much deeper than a typical tasting tour. Her knowledge, enthusiasm, and storytelling brought each neighborhood, market, and restaurant to life. We loved the experience. Very good explanations from the guide Marcos, both the historical-cultural explanations and the gastronomic ones. The selection of dishes was very well chosen to get to know authentic Limean and Peruvian gastronomy. Tip: don't eat a big breakfast beforehand! Absolutely recommended.
