Décryptez le mystère de Stonehenge à l'aide d'un Guide audio interactif exclusif à Evan Evans. Découvrez qui l'a construit et pourquoi, ainsi que comment il a été construit à l'aide d'équipements rudimentaires en bois et en pierre.
Le château de Windsor (entrée facultative) est la maison ancestrale de la monarchie britannique et le plus grand château occupé au monde. Lorsque vous vous promenez dans le parc impressionnant, il est presque difficile de croire que les rois et reines successifs vivent ici depuis plus de 900 ans. Vous verrez pourquoi ce magnifique château était une résidence de week-end privilégiée de la reine Elizabeth II. À l'intérieur des appartements d'État, vous aurez la chance d'explorer les mêmes pièces utilisées aujourd'hui par le roi et les membres de la famille royale. Les salles étaient destinées à rivaliser avec le château de Versailles en France, et des peintures d'artistes renommés comme Rembrandt ornent les murs. Les clients choisissant l'option d'entrer dans le château peuvent également voir la chapelle Saint-Georges, théâtre de certains des mariages royaux les plus célèbres de ces derniers temps, y compris le duc et la duchesse de Sussex et S.A.R. la princesse Eugénie & Mr Jack Brooksbank. Peter the tour guide was amazing and Chris the bus driver was great. Time allocated to each stop was sufficient.
Very informative and enjoyable. Little disappointed not being able to take pictures inside Windsor Palace and St Michel’s Church—did get a lot outside though!
Godfrey was great! Very knowledgeable about the history of the places we went to, and he made it enjoyable. Wished we knew Windsor Castle was closed on Tuesdays/Wednesdays. But otherwise great service!
