Great trip, Jan informed us during the ride with nice details in German. Since the weather cooperated and it was warm, we were able to enjoy the trip on deck with a drink.
It was a nice experience. No-frills.
Extremely relaxing and the crew were all lovely. I would highly recommend. A perfect afternoon spent on the water and learning about the history of Stockholm.
Excellent experience, we would have liked to see more islands
Guides gave one location and switched at the last minute. Time changed. Guides knew very little about Stockholm history. We could have taken a ferry and had the same experience. Not worth the money at all
Good value for money. The commentary was provided by very well-meaning students (a little lacking in experience, but that's normal 😀) We can recommend this activity.
Very chaotic. There was no English Guide as I was the only English speaker. Bring your blankets 😁😁😁
A great 90 minute trip round the archipelago. The tour people were all very helpful and there were drinks and food available on the trip and ok toilets too. Good commentary as well. We were only here for 3 days so it suited us but would defo like to a longer trip and actually visit some of the islands . Would happily recommend this trip and tour provider unlike Viator app which was useless. They failed to post my booking online and when they did the night before the trip, the links didn’t work and I couldn’t access my tickets or the departure details. Fortunately the Trip Operator did sent a What’s App message the night before with the details of where the boat departed from. I had to turn up with no tickets but they were very understanding and it wasn’t an issue as they had our details.
A bit difficult to find the tour strand, but overall is really great and the ship is nice and comfortable
Boat and boarding staff and guides note 10. Viator and Scandic Tours score 0. I explain: the information of the meeting point was found on the Viator website. There was no indication on the spot with a “banner” or what is valid for “Scandic Tours”. The only valid indication was the “red sightseeing” which was easy to find, but was competitive and not very helpful. Initially he only informed that he was not there and gave a vague indication. I went looking and nothing! Back there he said he would help me but I turned my back on him (???!!). After the “sermon” gave me the precise indication, appreciating his help. Glad I arrived early because it took a long time. There was only one young woman sitting in a chair with a tablet in her hand, with no plaque to draw attention. I had bought 4 tickets (2 adults and two “seniors”) but the girl told me that there was only a reservation for 2! I showed my ticket in Portuguese with 2 + 2, she didn't even read, but said she would trust me. Again depending on someone's good will! After the “stress”, the trip was very good, boat with good accommodation and guides in 4 languages alternating with mastery.
