Cela comprendrait des rafraîchissements gratuits à bord, des guides touristiques très timides et divertissants, la possibilité pour les clients de visiter le site et de parcourir des souvenirs, de fournir des informations passionnantes et historiques sur les sites et la destination dans son ensemble, et de répondre à tous les besoins ou exigences particuliers qui peuvent surviennent et qui sont dans nos capacités, tout en étant sous notre garde. Nous proposons également à l'occasion des objets de collection tels que des chemises, des porte-clés, des tirelires et un certain nombre d'autres articles pour que les visiteurs se souviennent de nous. Nous comprenons le concept de satisfaction du client et sommes donc fiers de structurer non seulement les informations sur nos produits ; mais intègre également dans nos interactions le soutien nécessaire pour créer des expériences mémorables et la possibilité pour nos visiteurs d'apprendre et d'apprécier nos belles îles et sa culture.

Stingray City Sandbar dispose d'un environnement contrôlé situé près du récif où les visiteurs peuvent interagir avec les raies pastenagues et d'autres formes de vie marine. Plus particulièrement, l'eau du Stingray City Sandbar n'a que 2 à 5 pieds de profondeur; sécuritaire et agréable pour les enfants et les personnes âgées. C'est tout en profitant de l'eau et de la magnifique vue sur l'océan, à la fois sous et au-dessus de la surface. NB. Temps de trajet du port au premier arrêt 1h (désigné pour la visite du site et le briefing)
Jardin de corail Destination de plongée avec tuba sur le magnifique North Sound Reef. Rafraîchissements mis à disposition sur place. NB. Temps de trajet du port au deuxième arrêt 30min de temps de trajet

Les voyageurs arrivant par bateau de croisière peuvent facilement identifier le représentant de Frank's Water Sports, grâce à une pancarte en forme de sucette située dans le port. Les voyageurs pris en charge depuis les hôtels/resorts peuvent rechercher l'opérateur de sports nautiques Frank's dans le hall ou dans la zone de prise en charge et de dépose. Notez que les heures de prise en charge peuvent varier selon l'emplacement et seront communiquées.

Captain Santos, Frederick and Shavin were wonderful hosts. We had an infant with us so the covered cabin on the boat was perfect for the baby to nap while we sailed. At first we were all a bit nervous by the sting ray coming up to our feet so quickly and so many of them but eventually Shavin had them under control and was so gentle about letting us touch them and get comfortable. The snorkeling area was not much to see but a nice break for swimming. The final place for lunch was nice and private for us and the family was so kind that fed us but the food was just ok. All in all a lovely day.
I was extremely scared of them however they seem soft and gentle and kind I did not touch one the dinner was spectacular very authentic you can taste all the Caribbean spices it was just amazing so if you want something that's authentic then this is the tour for you.

This was a wonderful experience, the guides on the boat were extremely helpful aand would dive in the water to bring stingrays up for photos, the restaurant we went to had a great selection of local island food. I had the curry goat, rice and peas with plantain. Everything was super delicious. They ensured we got back to the port in time! Would definitely recommend this experience and company.

This was a wonderful excursion. We would highly recommend it. We went snorkeling and held stingrays at stingray city. The captain and crew were great. After the outing Kate picked us up and took us to her family restaurant for an authentic local food lunch. The food was delicious and the service was top notch. Lots of locals were there to eat . We would definitely choose this excursion again. It’s a smaller group so much more personal.

We had such a a great time! Since it was low season and not too many people, we ended up having the tour boat to ourselves! The lunch offered was delicious. The guides were very accommodating. The tour operator was very communicative and helpful! Tip: If you need to contact the tour operator, contact the operator through the local phone number that is provided to you after purchase, instead of contacting through Viator. Our messages were cut off by Viator, which led to information unintentionally not being communicated well through the Viator messaging platform.
