- Il n'y a pas de vestiaires ou de vestiaires, donc les visiteurs avec des valises ou de gros bagages se verront refuser l'accès.
- Les invités ne sont pas autorisés à rester dans le stade après la visite. De plus, le musée est composé de trois étages, et une fois que vous en avez terminé un, il n’est pas autorisé de revenir à un étage précédent.
- Vous pouvez visiter les bancs et les vestiaires côté terrain la plupart des jours. L'accès n'est pas possible les jours précédant, pendant ou après un match à domicile.
- Actuellement, l'itinéraire est temporairement réduit en raison de travaux de rénovation qui limitent l'accès à la loge présidentielle et à la salle de presse. L’accès à certaines zones est soumis à la discrétion du stade, mais votre Guide vous permettra d’explorer le plus possible les sections ouvertes.
- Si vous choisissez l'amélioration, votre déjeuner tapas peut être modifié pour s'adapter à différents régimes, tels que sans gluten et végétarien, ou pour éviter les allergènes. Vin et soda peuvent également être servis à la place de la bière si préféré.

The tour guide Natalia spoke very good English and had a great knowledge of the Real Madrid teams past and present. As a Liverpool fan I can say I honestly enjoyed the tour and my wife said she did too, she said she was in awe of the stadium. It was well worth paying for the tour guide and we found it was cheaper than booking tickets separately and going around by ourselves. You also gain different access with a guide not open to everyone else. It’s a shame they don’t show all the times we have beaten them ;-)
Really nice experience, walk trough the whole Real Madrid's history from the start and every achievements they mastered and the history of Bernabéu stadium and their founders. Our guide Natalia was really good and know her stuff. It was a pleasure.

This was the worst experience we have ever had with any tour booking. We have done numerous guided tours across Europe and have never faced anything like this. The coordinator handling messages refused to accommodate our request that we would be a few minutes late. She also refused to provide the guide's contact number so we could coordinate directly. At no point did the organiser make any effort to help or accommodate us. When we reached the stadium, we discovered that they were also refusing to share our entry tickets. We requested that the tickets be sent so that we could at least enter the stadium even if we had missed a few minutes of the guided tour. After repeated requests, the tickets were finally shared. However, when the tickets were checked at the entrance, we were informed that they had already been used. All 20 tickets associated with the booking had been scanned earlier. This strongly suggests that the organiser had overbooked the tour and sold tickets that were no longer valid. The coordination throughout was extremely poor. No phone number was provided, and communication was limited to messages that often went unanswered. There was another customer outside the stadium facing the same issue. We had specifically travelled to Madrid for one night in order to visit the stadium, making this experience particularly disappointing. Despite multiple requests, the organiser remained unresponsive and made no effort to resolve the situation. I have requested a full refund, but they have not responded to any of my messages. This was a highly unprofessional and unacceptable experience, and I would strongly advise others to avoid booking with this organiser.

However, we would like to clarify some points regarding the situation. Based on our communication on the day of the tour, you arrived approximately 20 minutes after the scheduled start time, rather than just a few minutes late. As stated in our confirmation emails and booking information, all guests are required to arrive before the tour begins. We also clearly communicate that entry to the stadium must be made together with our guide. This is why access was denied when you attempted to enter independently after the group had already proceeded inside. During our phone conversation, we reiterated this policy, which is also outlined prior to booking and was acknowledged at the time of purchase. Regarding the tickets, these are part of a guided group experience and are not intended for independent entry. The tickets had already been activated when the group entered, which is why they appeared as used when presented separately. This does not indicate overbooking. While we understand your disappointment, we were transparent about the meeting requirements, entry procedures, and tour policies throughout the booking process and during our communications with you. We value all guest feedback and continuously strive to provide the best possible experience. We sincerely wish you the best in your future travels and thank you again for sharing your perspective.
