Prise en charge à l'aéroport, notre chauffeur vous attendra à la zone du panneau de radiomessagerie Arrivées à l'aéroport en tenant une pancarte avec votre nom ou le nom du groupe. Pour la prise en charge à l'hôtel, uniquement depuis Colombo et Negombo près de l'aéroport. Vous recevrez un message WhatsApp lorsque le chauffeur arrivera dans le hall de l'hôtel. Le chauffeur informe également la réception de l'hôtel.

- Les chauffeurs au Sri Lanka travaillent généralement environ 12 heures par jour. Cependant, il est de bonne pratique de discuter des besoins et des attentes spécifiques avec votre chauffeur pour s’assurer que tout le monde est sur la même longueur d’onde en ce qui concerne les horaires et les activités quotidiennes.
- Les bagages surdimensionnés ou excessifs (par exemple planches de surf, clubs de golf ou vélos) peuvent avoir certaines restrictions, veuillez vous renseigner auprès de l'opérateur avant le voyage pour confirmer si votre excédent de bagages est acceptable.
- Nous utilisons plusieurs véhicules aux caractéristiques différentes pour nous adapter aux besoins de chaque client. Tous nos véhicules sont des taxis privés officiels.

- Après la réservation, les passagers sont tenus de fournir leur numéro de téléphone WhatsApp pour communiquer à l'étranger et de recevoir plus de détails
- Une fois la réservation effectuée, le passager reçoit une confirmation par e-mail ou WhatsApp avec des détails tels que les informations sur le conducteur et les détails du véhicule.
- Le chauffeur arrive au point de ramassage désigné à l'heure que vous avez choisie.
- Votre chauffeur vous attendra à l'aire du service de téléappel des arrivées à l'aéroport, en tenant une pancarte avec votre nom pour la prise en charge.
- Le conducteur aide le passager à charger ses bagages dans le véhicule.
- Si vous rencontrez des difficultés pour localiser votre chauffeur, n'hésitez pas à contacter WhatsApp ou à appeler le numéro de contact du fournisseur pour une assistance immédiate.
- Le conducteur assure un trajet confortable et sûr, en respectant les limitations de vitesse et le code de la route. Le véhicule peut être équipé de commodités telles que la climatisation

We had excellent 10 days tour to explore Sri Lanka with family. Thanks to Ronnie of MACK Travel Sri Lanka. Our chauffer and guide Charith Mihiranga came to pick us from the airport with a brand-new car. He guided and helped us to explore the real essence of Sri Lanka. We felt like a family for 10 days. At the end of the trip Charith gifted us a memory from Sri Lanka, which was a nice touch and very kind of him. We will visit Sri Lanka again and definitely with MACK Travel and Charith.

We had such an amazing experience in Sri Lanka, our driver Rohan was great and couldn’t have been more welcoming and accommodating - we felt safe and looked after the whole trip. We did private driver for 8 days, had a lot of miles to cover as we packed a lot in during our time (sigariya, ella, yala, mirissa and galle). We also accidently left something in the car and they organised it to been sent back to us in the UK with ease! Thanks for everything - highly reccomendation !

We were flexible in our requests to stop by tourist attractions and safaris on the way from Colombo to Argambie. It was also a great way to get around from Arghambay, getting advice on sightseeing in Sigiriya. The driver was very good on time.

After a bit of a complicated start (seems maybe I misunderstood the details of the TripAdvisor listing a bit), and in the end we decided to change the plan to pay for more time and more stops, but everything was as great of an experience as possible from there on out. Our driver arrived ahead of time and said he was fine to either wait or start early. He not only took us to all of our requested spots but in many cases asked if we wanted him to accompany us there, and was great help when he did. When my girlfriend said she was hungry he took us to a recommended spot. When we requested a bit of a change up (changed one of the stops but in the same general area) it was no problem. All in a comfy vehicle and with great driving. And lastly, I want to especially emphasize that our driver Harsha was just an incredible person in general. He was insightful and interesting to talk to about all of the things we were seeing and curiosities we had, but frankly he was just great to talk to in general. We greatly appreciate our time spent with him

Mack Travel was used for all our trips. We didn't have a guide, we initially just booked a transfer from the airport to Haputale. The driver was very friendly and the race was so well managed that I called Mack back whenever I needed to travel long distances, so we used these services to: - airport transfer to haputale - transfer ella to tangalle - ahangama transfer to the airport The exchanges were very fluid, by whatsapp. Apart from the first transfer I had booked in advance, I called Mack 48/72 hours before the transfer to book a new one. The prices were very decent, below the "pick me" you will find on site, in clean vehicles and with friendly drivers. The price is the one that is announced, without any unpleasant surprises.
