Situé dans le paysage alpin spectaculaire du parc national Chubu Sangaku, c'est l'un des sites les plus emblématiques et uniques du Japon, accessible uniquement au printemps et au début de l'été et via une série de différents transports en montagne. Conduit par un Guide Anglais, vous serez accompagné à chaque étape de votre voyage vers le « Toit du Japon » et redescendrez – le moyen idéal de découvrir l’un des paysages les plus reculés et les plus époustouflants du Japon.

- Convient à toutes les conditions physiques
- Veuillez porter des chaussures adaptées à la marche dans la neige et le froid (avec possibilité de températures inférieures à 0°C).
- Veuillez apporter des lunettes de soleil car la neige combinée à la lumière du soleil peut produire un éblouissement intense. Nous vous recommandons également de porter des bottes de neige ou des chaussures de marche de bonne qualité, si vous souhaitez marcher sur les champs de neige.
- Cette visite n'est pas accessible aux fauteuils roulants et peut ne pas convenir aux voyageurs à mobilité réduite. Si vous avez des inquiétudes quant à votre capacité à participer à la visite, veuillez nous contacter pour en discuter avant de réserver.
- Cette visite n'inclut pas le déjeuner. La nourriture peut être achetée dans différentes stations de montagne avec différents restaurants au choix au sommet.
- Le couloir pédestre du Mur de neige est soumis à une fermeture soudaine par les autorités alpines locales en raison de vents violents, de neige abondante ou de problèmes de sécurité. Veuillez noter que si le couloir pédestre ferme ses portes mais que le transport en montagne reste opérationnel, la visite se déroulera avec un autre visionnement alpin intérieur/extérieur, et aucun remboursement ne sera émis. Les remboursements complets ne sont prévus que si l'itinéraire de transport complet vers la montagne est annulé avant le départ.
- L'itinéraire est basé sur des conditions de circulation optimales. Nous ajusterons l'horaire en fonction des conditions de circulation et du rythme du groupe le jour de la visite.
- Les bébés (0-5 ans) sont gratuits. Par conséquent, nous ne pouvons pas garantir qu'un siège dans le transport touristique sera disponible pour les bébés et ils peuvent être tenus de s'asseoir sur les genoux d'un adulte.
- Compte tenu de la popularité de la Route alpine et de la nécessité d'attendre les transports les jours de pointe, nous ne pouvons pas garantir l'heure de fin de la visite, mais elle ne devrait pas être plus tard que 19h00. Nous demandons à tous les invités de coopérer avec les instructions du guide, y compris les heures de rendez-vous pour les transports, afin d'éviter tout risque de retard.

Both guides were highly professional, friendly, and well-mannered throughout the tour. They gave us enough time to fully enjoy and explore each destination along the route. Although the schedule was quite tight, everything was managed efficiently, and we returned to Nagano right on time. What impressed me most was their clear and easy-to-understand English. Very good team of two. Warm, helpful. We are strict vegetarian so food is always big challenge. If your tours can work on that, even some packaged small lunch, it will be great.
