Bonjour ! À 17h30, votre sympathique guide passera à votre hôtel pour vous emmener faire une balade amusante en cyclo à travers la ville. Vous ferez l'expérience du vélo traditionnel vietnamien à trois roues et vous imprégnerez du mode de vie local. Après la balade, nous nous dirigerons vers le théâtre de marionnettes sur l'eau, où vous pourrez assister à un fantastique spectacle de marionnettes sur l'eau avec de la musique moderne et des instruments traditionnels. Vous apprendrez tout sur le folklore rural vietnamien et les superstitions et vous serez peut-être même surpris par quelques rebondissements amusants dans les histoires. Ce sera une expérience géniale !
À 19h30, nous embarquerons sur un bateau fluvial et profiterons d'un délicieux dîner tout en naviguant le long de la pittoresque rivière de Saigon. Le soir, nous admirerons la magnifique vue sur l'horizon de Saigon et écouterons des mélodies folkloriques anciennes enchanteresses qui nous transporteront dans le temps. La visite se terminera à 21h30 et notre sympathique guide vous déposera à votre hôtel.

Our night started by being greeted by Nguyen at the front of our hotel. He had 2 cyclo’s waiting to take us on a trip around the city. We then met up with him at the water puppet show which he had our tickets for. Show was amazing. I had no idea what to expect. After the show he took us by taxi to the boat for dinner. Food was delicious and we cruised around the river looking at all the buildings and lights. My husband and I had a great night thanks to all the organisation by Nguyen. Nguyen also talked about some history highlights. Would highly recommend this tour.

The experience began with a cyclo ride starting right at my hotel, which was incredibly convenient. Riding through the lively streets at a calm pace was a unique way to take in the city. We passed by cultural landmarks as motorcycles and city traffic zipped around us, making the ride feel exciting yet safe and tranquil. Next, we enjoyed the water puppet show, which was truly a cultural highlight. The musicians were excellent, providing a live soundtrack that elevated the experience. Despite the language barrier, the puppets conveyed universal stories that were both entertaining and educational. We learned about fishing, saw playful dragons, pesky cats, beautiful birds, and even a thrilling boat race. The performance was engaging and beautifully set to traditional live music performed exceptionally well. The evening ended with a dinner cruise along the Saigon River. While the food was mediocre at best—not hot and with drinks costing extra—the views and overall experience of being on the river more than made up for it. Watching the illuminated skyline from the boat was peaceful and memorable, making it a wonderful way to wind down the evening. Overall, the combination of history, culture, and scenic relaxation made for a well-rounded and enjoyable experience. Though there was some room for improvement, I’d still highly recommend it for anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City!

This was a great tour to end our visit to Ho Chi Minh. The water puppets are a MUST SEE. For dinner, we suggest getting the buffet as there was a variety of foods to choose from. Nhu was also a wonderful tour guide! He was very kind and happy to answer questions about the history of the water puppets and the city. Nhu made sure that we were taken care of throughout the whole evening. He even recommended some other hidden gems to visit in the city! Thank you! 😊

The first half of the tour was perfect. I was picked up at my hotel and had a delightfully scenic trip around Ho Chi Minh City. Then to the Puppet show which was charming. The big disappointment was the dinner cruise. Very touristy. I entered the ship and was seated at 7:40. It took forever to get service. By 9 pm I was given my check and no dessert. I asked for dessert and it was a small piece of pineapple and a thin, small piece of watermelon. The food was ok. Too much of it truthfully. Entertainment cheesy. The problem was the timing. Basically we could have stayed docked for all I saw as we exited the ship at 9:15. The was no opportunity to see the skyline which is why I did the cruise instead of just go to a restaurant. So, if it could have ended after the puppet show I would have been happier.
