The ride was great, but we could have gotten the same results from the pier. Thr water show was amazing. We did not get the bottle water, and it was needed because it's very hot. It was not 2 hours 25 minutes at best. Not worth the price paid for 5 people.

Regarding the water, it is always available in the car, stored in a mini cooler in the trunk, and provided to guests upon request. As there was no request from your side, the water was not offered. However, we will take this feedback into consideration and ensure that we offer water proactively in the future.
Cars in underground park, each building is equipped with the necessary parking spaces, all covered, tidy and nothing left to chance, staff everywhere in the underground meanders (hot and smog) of Dubai. To the square of the famous fountains you arrive after a nice walk in various Gallerie Mercato of excellent quality and assortment, clean despite thousands of presences, fresh because in January they are +35 gr. Here, at the scheduled times thousands gather, the dancing fountains are in fact free. Be careful not to get lost, therefore watch out for children and teenagers; even the “dead hands” that disturb the ladies .. impossible to sit at the many bars to watch the show .. a barrier of people will cover the scene, except to be on the upper floors of the skyscrapers that surround the square and the artificial lake, but up there only offices and some hotels. Beautiful show that has from its being enjoyed here .. between breathtaking towers famous in the world. You can also see such beautiful ones in Italy (port of Palermo for example), but here you are in the Emirates... Anyway, if you are here, you have to see them.

We had a fantastic experience with the Burj Khalifa Fountain Show and Burj Lake Ride. Purchasing the tickets online and redeeming them at Dubai Mall was a breeze, thanks to the simple process and clear directions provided. Being on the boat with just 8 people amidst hundreds of spectators enhanced the show's magic. From the boat, we had an incredible view of the water and light show, and being able to take pictures made it even more special. I highly recommend this activity to anyone looking for a unique and memorable experience in Dubai.
