Visite du sud de l'Islande, des cascades et de la plage de sable noir vous emmène dans un voyage d'exploration à travers les nombreux visages dramatiques du paysage islandais. La région de la côte sud de l'Islande est la plus plate du pays, ce qui la rend idéale pour l'agriculture, mais parce que c'est l'Islande, la terre est également entourée de montagnes majestueuses, de cascades Skogafoss et Seljalandsfoss, de volcans et de glaciers imminents, de la plage de sable noir de Reynisfjara et de la formidable mer. Votre Guide Expert vous indiquera également plusieurs volcans notoires, dont Hekla, Eyjafjallajokull et Katla.

Hekla est l’un des volcans les plus actifs d’Islande et a été considéré pendant des siècles comme l’entrée de l’enfer.
Visitez la cascade de Skogafoss. C'est une cascade pittoresque haute de 60 mètres de haut, large et puissante, et en raison de son apparence saisissante, elle est fréquemment utilisée dans les films et les publicités. Vous pouvez vous approcher suffisamment pour sentir les éclaboussures des chutes sur votre visage et, si vous le souhaitez, monter ensuite un escalier menant au sommet des chutes, vous permettant ainsi de voir de haut.
Promenez-vous le long de la plage de sable noir et de galets de Reynisfjara. La plage comporte des piles de colonnes de basalte qui se détachent des falaises environnantes parsemées de grottes. Vous serez émerveillés par les vagues incroyablement puissantes de l'océan Atlantique qui s'abattent sur le rivage. Au large, vous verrez les piliers Reynisdrangar, des tas de roches basaltiques qui émergent de la mer.
Ici, nous nous arrêtons dans un restaurant local pour une pause déjeuner à vos propres frais.
Un volcan / glacier, qui a attiré l'attention du monde entier en 2010 lorsque le nuage de cendres résultant d'une éruption a stoppé tout trafic aérien en Europe.
Court arrêt par Solheimajokull, un glacier de sortie du glacier de Myrdalsjokull.
La Seljalandsfoss est une cascade unique dans laquelle vous pouvez marcher derrière lorsque le temps le permet et découvrir la beauté de cette cascade d’une toute nouvelle façon.

This tour was fantastic! We had such a great tour guide, Unnur Maria, who taught us so much about Iceland and its people and its geology as well! She made our journey so enjoyable and educational!! Our driver, Pavel, took great care in getting us to all of the sites on this tour. He was a very safe driver and a lovely person, as well! We had an amazing trip - our guide, Gunnar (Dr G) was super knowledgeable and very informative, as well as having a fantastic sense of humour. We saw the most beautiful sites, Gunnar gave great photo stop recommendations, and our driver Reynir was also excellent. A must for those that want to explore natural Iceland outside Reykjavik!

This was an amazing adventure. Was able to see all the main areas of Iceland on our list. Raining a lot but the tour guy and bus driver brought us to areas of less rain in the area first and then back to the other spots so we were able to see all the sights and take amazing pictures

I had a fantastic time with our guide Richie and driver Mikki - they were fantastic! A long tour, Richie kept us entertained and was incredibly knowledgeable about geology, history, pop culture - you name it. Mikki was incredibly patient and drove us all safe and sound. I came on this tour alone and enjoyed every moment of it! Definitely wear waterproof clothes - they’re needed. Special shout out to the great playlist from Richie!!

This was a wonderful tour of the South Coast! Our guide Richie truly made this a memorable experience, as he was very knowledgeable and had a wonderful playlist to keep us entertained while driving past scenic views. We learned about the geology of Iceland, and saw so many waterfalls. We were searching for a tour that would allow a good amount of time in Vik, which we found with this tour. We had lunch in Vik, and had time to walk around a bit.

Our guide Richie and driver mikki both were amazing, it was a long day but they were really amazing even when some people on the bus wanted a different drop off location. Also amazingly beautiful places we went. Just a suggestion that if stop at black sand beach could be longer because lunch place over there was better than at Vik. Vik has more options though.
