What an amazing day tour! Incredible landscapes, beautiful waterfalls and the highlight was seeing puffins up close. Our guide Mikki was excellent! Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
A great full day tour highlighting Iceland's amazing South Coast. Mikki, our tour guide was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. Lots of interesting information and fired in a stop to see the puffins up close. Many happy memories to take home.
It was a great day! Waterfalls were spectacular, and we got to see puffins! Mikki was great!
I loved this experience. Our guide mikki was great. He was fun and the trip had enough time for every location to enjoy it without feeling rushed
Mikki was a great guide for our tour! Besides beeing a good driver we had a lot of fun, never felt rushed and he knew which spots deserve time and which can be "fast-pathed" to get the most out of the day. Hope to have him as a guide in the future, maybe to chase the northern lights over the waterfall, which he told is still in his own bucket list. Thank you for a great day!
Fantastic tour. Our guide Mikki was brilliant . He went up and above what I was expecting providing us with Icelandic knowledge and a bonus trip to see Puffins up close,
Lovely tour guide who told all about Iceland and its geography, along with its folklore and how it originated which I liked. I liked the song she sung too. As for the stops themselves I thought they were all breathtaking and beautiful, the hike up to the waterfall being my faveorite place. I also really liked the pastry shop at the smaller waterfall. Waiting times and times at stops was perfect. There was a crowd but not too bad. Got to see puffins too which was really cool! Also from my experience were bathrooms at enough stops for it not to be a problem.
Had a lovely trip with Gregory safely navigating us while Anna enlightened us on the scenery, history and language of Iceland! Honestly, the tour enriched the experiences with much more depth and content than an individual adventure would have. Highly recommend!
It was the best travel guide Sigurjon you can ever have and I have done over 50 excursions in last 5 years.. He changed the order of itinerary based on weather and how crowded it can get and that was great. He also sang songs and played songs from Iceland artists ( I Shazammed:). The itinerary was good and took us to all the scenic places we wanted to see on the South side. We got picked up from cruise port and they were nice enough to wait for us 30 minutes over our scheduled time as it took us 1.5 hrs or more to get off ship and through immigration. I did excursions with other tour operators as well on this trip and would recommend this company and it if I had an option I would only do a tour with this guide.
This trip was incredible. Our guide Sigurjon was put in a tricky situation when the wrong size coach was sent but he resolved this quickly and calmly and made sure it didn't impact on the day. Sigurjon was the perfect guide sharing his knowledge of Iceland and immersed us in the culture with music and singing. The locations were stunning - we loved them all. Definitely worth taking this tour - a top highlight of our holiday. If your lucky enough to get Sigurjon as your guide then you can be confident your in for a good day!
